- So the love of my life, Isaiah Pekary, surprise proposed to me after I shared my testimony to our church family. Here's a picture of God's redemptive love...and one of the greatest moments of my life. #WillYouPekaryMe
I cannot wait when God introduces me to my future husband, but for now, I shall rejoice in my season of singleness :)

my brother and I were raised by a christian mom and a muslim dad. It is very conflicting, I HEAR YOU 100%! Your abuse was horrendous to hear, I'm so sorry. Look at how you've turned out. God has really worked a miracle on you. God bless you! AND THAT POEM #welp!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I remember when I first saw you perform at Lyrical Ink. your presence was so joyful. You lit up the stage with your voice and your music. I remember everyone just loving on you after your performance. You were so sweet and loving. I just want to say congrats on your engagement and your journey in life thus far. I never knew you went through such horrible things throughout your childhood, but to see where you are now is pretty amazing and I know it's going to get much better for you from this point forward. I wish I could see you perform again at lyrical ink one day! just continue to tell your story and continue to travel down your path. you made it!

Wow, thank you for sharing your story. I also was abused by someone that close to me. I was voted most memorable and i also kept that persona where I pretended to be happy. I had to live life like nothing ever happened and see that person on a regular basis. thank you for showing the joy of Christ post traumatic events.

I needed to see that, thank u guys. with all of the recent division in our country I was beginning to feel bitterness towards white people, and I'm so ashamed to admit that. but your story reminded me that God created us all equal and He is able to do all things!!

As I sit here and listen to your testimony it reminds me of the saying similar things that you went through and I have been since a child. All my life I really never had happiness and I'm at the age of 54 now. I did not know or do I know now how to speak to God and his son Jesus. I just feel so much neglection in my life that I'd never knew or could I have loved ever anyone. I felt and still do feel that I don't deserve to be happy but I know I want to be happy. So I asked for you to pray for my soul and life to help me find God as the way you did. I really appreciate listening to your testimony and maybe one day I can share my testimony if it's not too late. Thank you and may God continue to bless you.

I love how you just went up there and told your story, all of the hardships and the sins and the pain. You let yourself be seen, flaws and all, your most vulnerable state and then Isaiah came up on stage and was like yeah! I wanna marry that! All of that!
Such a great picture of God's redemptive power. That's exactly how Jesus loves us. When we lay all of our sins before him he still looks at us and says yeah! I want to save that! I want to love that! I want to heal that! Alll of that! That's what made this video extra special to me.
