"Noita" is Finnish and translates to "Witch". I believe the bird at the start of the game laying eggs symbolizes the world's creation in Kalevala, the Finnish national epic.
30:47 _“If there was a run to have a chance at it, this would be it.”_ At this point, Wander just has no idea how far this game goes. Cranking things up to 11 is an understatement.
I put on a video about memes and turned on autoplay because I was tired and didn't feel like physically switching it myself. Well, I fell asleep and got woken up for dinner. It was a really weird moment where I realized "wait these aren't memes!" with my sleepy brain (mixed with, "Did I fall asleep or like..??" and "Okay, but what's for dinner?"). I watched a few videos out of curiosity and this channel is really entertaining. Moral of the story: Fall asleep while watching memes because you'll discover a new, great channel.
Amazing! What an interesting story at the very beginning! For those of you who don't understand, the story goes as follows. "Before the world we knew was, there was the Divine Bird. This bird laid three eggs in the Void. One egg hatched, and became the World and us who live upon It. The second hatched, and thus was the infinite sky born. But the third hatched, and from it, came unspeakable horrors beyond our imagining..." However, there is an alternate set to the story. Three, actually, other than the first I said. "Before the world we knew was, there was the Divine Bird. This bird laid three eggs in the Void. One egg hatched, and became the World. The second hatched, and thus was the infinite sky born. And finally, the third hatched, birthing the storms that gave life, both good...and evil." That was the second interpretation. The third, well, it's an odd way. "Before the world we knew was, there was the Divine Bird. This bird laid three eggs in the Void. One egg hatched, and became the World and us who live upon It, who were once pure and Good. The second hatched, and thus was the infinite sky born. Then was the third hatched, and dark storms brewed as Evil became known within us..." Finally, the last story it tells. "Before the world we knew was, there was the Divine Bird. This bird laid three eggs in the Void. One egg hatched, and became the World and the beasts born upon It. The second hatched, and thus was the infinite sky born, with the many stars watching over and guiding us. And finally, the third egg hatched, and woe upon the land was wrought, as evil took it's roots. The opposing forces of Good and Evil clashed, and through their clashing, so were we born..." Hope these help everyone understand!
I'm confused, where does your explanation come from? Are those just your personal theories? The "other interpretation" posted by Nathan Anderson is official game lore.

Magic butts heads with nature a lot and technology backs up nature, in the game you are a “servant of magic” so to speak fighting against the “servants of nature and technology” and you win by beating the game.
