Mother, you had me but I never had you,
I wanted you but you didnt want me,
so I got to tell you,
    goodbye, goodbye.
farther, you left me but I never left you,
I needed you but you didnt need me,
so I got to tell you,
    goodbye, goodbye.
children, dont do what I have done,
I couldnt walk and I tried to run,
so I got to tell you,
    goodbye, goodbye.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home.
    mama dont go,
    daddy come home...

Never seen a great singer chew gum while singing the way John does. Kept his mouth and throat wet I suppose. And who's to question the methods of one of the greatest singers in rock history?

You know you’ve reached adulthood when you can look at a parent and see them as a human being, a person doing the best they could with the hand that were dealt. I hope Julian understands that one day. Cynthia certainly did all she could to poison that relationship.

You mean Yoko, she tried to destroy Lennon’s marriage with Cynthia and he allowed it and she got what she wanted. Yoko just wanted John’s fame and she had controlled him. Julian even mentions this in an interview. Cynthia loved John and didn’t care about his fame or wealth. Because of Yoko too, Julian was cut out of John’s will. She also tried getting rid of and selling off letters John wrote to Julian in which Julian had to buy back. Yoko is disgusting and very selfish. Cynthia’s more of decent woman than Yoko. I believe Julian has the right to feel how he does about his father and only he knows. John was a great musician and sure a good man, but not a great father to Julian or good husband to Cynthia. He had a troubled time and wasn’t perfect either.

His father absconded from his duties and his mother was killed by a pissed off duty cop attempting to operate a car - unfair comments

...and he did the same with his first son...He could only change on Yoko's side.

    • @virginiaviola5097

No, that’s not true. John and Yoko both fought for shared custody of their children. Yoko lost her daughter altogether and Cynthia made it impossible for John to see Julian without her tagging along. Plus of course, they were in two different countries. John more than made up for that with Sean, who was only 5 when his father was ripped out of his life by a madman. Who knows where John and Julian’s relationship would have gone had his father not been killed ironically when he was 17, same age that his father’s mother was killed.

@@virginiaviola5097 I only know what Julian says. He complains bitterly about his father....and let's face it: Lennon's "you're due to a drunken night" statement is not an expression of paternal love. He spoke positively about Yoko and Sean.

    • @virginiaviola5097

@@theditti1010 Julian was denied contact with his father by Cynthia. He got a very twisted impression of his father from his mother. And I don’t care what people say, she bad-mouthed John while continuing to profit from his name and the fact that she had his child.

    • @theditti1010
      @theditti1010 29 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

@@virginiaviola5097 Sorry, I disagree. Based on Juian's statements, I see this differently. I think his father, Lennon, is still a sore wound for him. True, not long ago he declared that he had now forgiven his father. But the knowledge that he is the "result of a drunken night" obviously remains a painful wound.
The way I see it, when all this happened, Lennon was still immature. At the time he became mature when he was beside Yoko.

Es información... no simpatizo con el neoliberalismo. Aunque al que critican es a John Maynard Keynes. Y en "Revolution" aunque John Lennon es Liberal y Anarquista critica las formas de Mao Tse Tung.
