Teacher Shortage Rant 2022 coming from a REAL teacher. Just my opinion and nothing else.

I have been in and out of education since the late 1990's. I have been honored as a teacher of the year, received the teaching excellence award in Houston, and I have been a finalist for other major teaching awards. It's time we worry about the state of education and the state of our classrooms! If we keep up at this pace there will be nothing left.
