Thank you Mark for reviewing my wallets. Would you please add my info to your video description so your viewers can contact me for orders or with questions? That would be sweet. This morning I added a a video to my channel with the new version of the Zela, viewers can find my details in that video's description as well. Thanks Mark and thank you all for the lovely words and support :)
Great Product I have the Zela mini and Tuckey pouch The patina is going to blow you mind over time Petrol + Olmo with light brown stitching for the win
I love this style of wallet, and it looks like there's just about room in both for fat pound notes! I can't see a link to a website...are they available in UK?
Any chance we can see you review the Lempira Wallet from Pantepluma? I'm about to order one, not much info/reviewers out there on it but the ones that I did see look great.
Utila is sort of cool, but for me its too big. I don't like the extra margins. and in a wallet like this I would not want to fold my cash or have the corners visible. but I like pocket with the flap. I like the color and handmade qualities/design. The Zela I like a lot but living overseas that secure pocket of the Utila is very helpful. hmm what to do? I think with the zela I might remove the tether altogether and just live with that "extra" leather at the top.
Hi, this is Kervin from Patepluma Co. Thank you for your feedback; wow, you put a lot of thought into it. Just to add: Utila was designed for those who love having many features. Sounds to me that you would prefer the Zela because it is more compact and yet it carries a lot. And if you prefer without the cord, you can also make a comment with your order and I am more than happy to not include it. Or even to remove the leather loop on the top. I may have photos of how the wallet looks without that loop for you if you reach out. I must say that in practice, I love that leather loop with the paracord. It looks pretty (specially with a bead) and it helps when pulling the wallet out of your pocket. Also, check out the new version, it has one more pocket and it is stronger on the upper left corner because the leather wraps around creating an extra pocket, and making the middle pocket extra secure. Thank you for your time and feedback. I am new at this so it really helps. Apparently I cannot add links here, but I will try with spaces in between, please copy them without spaces on your url: w w w . patepluma . nl and Patepluma instagram: patepluma . co Best wishes from the Netherlands.
Does anybody know of a Wallet similar to the Wela where the cash slot at the back isn’t completely open on one side? I want something small like the Wela that has a loop for a tether.
How do I get the $60 and $65 prices. I really like the wallets but the website price is more like more than $100 (close to 100 euros with shipping to the US)
Thank you for commenting on my wallets. I see what you mean. I make wallets for all people and tastes. The Utila was made for the maximizer. It is versatile and very capable with many features. Those who bought it, love it. It is my top seller now. And for others, like you and even myself, it is a lot of wallet. The Zela is beautiful, more my style also. Mark has reviewed the 1.0 version, visit my channel to see my video about the 2.0 version. It is stronger, more beautiful, it has one more card pocket (3 in total) plus the cash compartment. It distance itself from any comparison to competitors. I also make other beautiful wallets. In the description of my videos you can see my contact info and website. TH-cam doesn't let me share a link here. Thanks again for your support :)
Hi. This is Kervin from Patepluma Co. When I made the Zela Wallet, I didnt know about Rustic. I was inspired by a wallet maker in Europe, but I wanted my own spin to it, more pockets, more color. But now I do know about Rustic and I think that theirs is also pretty. I consider them different, specially if you see the 2.0 version of Zela. Theirs is smaller, made of one piece of leather, paracord is on the left, and it has two pockets. The Zela is a little bigger to accommodate Euros too, it is multicolor because its made out of different pieces of leather, the placement of the paracord do not impede quick access, and the new version it has 4 pockets in total. But again, a wallet collector should have both :). Apparently, I cannot add links here, but I will try with spaces in between, please copy them without spaces on your url: w w w . patepluma . nl and Patepluma instagram: patepluma . co Best wishes from the Netherlands.
I agree that the Utila wallet is complex. But this is because some people love many features. I also have simpler designs. Feel free to check the new Zela wallet on my channel and to get more details. Thank you for your feedback though. It is all welcomed as I am new with this project :)

Creative wallets
Yes, this would be nice.

The Utila looks like an instant competitor to the OS Topsider Bifold! Awesome looking wallet
Great review. I like the unique/innovative designs.
I like both of these wallets. Great designs.
Those are some cool wallets

the colors are nice on those
There is a little too much going on Utila IMO. I do like the Zela, but there are several makers with very similar designs. Great review per usual.

You can travel to the maker's location and pick it up to save shipping cost. lol
The smaller wallet looks good, the other one looks messy.

Check out the new Zela on my channel. It distance itself from comparisons. Thank you for the support :)
The stiches on the Utila are not top notch !
I'll pass. Reminds me of a rubics cube.

One looks like RH and one looks like OS 🤔
and 99% of origami style wallets are inspired by the Lemur wallet…
