Shanks almost seems like since he found kitty and became an emperor he has kind of been hiding in the background playing 4d chess biding his time. I could see shanks being the strongest yanko prior wano. I feel like he’s stronger than Blackbeard but Blackbeard will beat him with something unexpected or some weird hax
