I think all these reflect my mood and help how I should go about giving into anger later or a week end thing i shlud take a few hours on how to handle relation but ill lay when i get merried from a relationship

18:00 - Um...I'm probably a primary sanguine I guess...; cause I struggled with lust like a lot of the times, and sure my chaotic nature had probably fcked my life up in a very bad way.
As long as I can recall there isn't a holy day were I'm sober, cause I'm always OH HIGH, my life is basically like roller coaster - I wish I can learn how to calm the fxck down.

Hi Michelle. I am a fellow member of MCA. I believe this video is part of their podcast series.
They did say on this video that they'll be teaching the temperaments in the Academy soon via the Tuesday calls. That will be live with some Q and A and live coaching on the temperaments.
They usually have a new topic or theme at the beginning of each month and it carries on through the month. This is for the live coaching zoom calls on Tuesdays for MCA members. Those are then recorded and put in membership site for access.
