The Phlegmatic - In Inclusion

I've always known the Phlegmatic temperament to be introverted.
I believe Phlegmatics can make great counsellors because they're great listeners.
Just to add a few things, Phlegmatics are procrastinators by nature, they are hardly risk takers but one thing that's commendable about them is that they're peacemakers- they have this conciliating effect everywhere they go.

Great points. I agree that Plegmatics aren’t necessarily going out to meet people like an extrovert does. But they can be very social. Everyone loves the witty, authentic, and patient person in the room. They are a people magnet.
Their ability to remain the observer does make them excellent at counseling. They also don’t take offense easily. Some very wise counselors get angry when their clients don’t listen and apply what they are learning. A Phelgmatic counselor would stay patient and love them through the process. 🩷
