These were almost the same questions i had (not i even many others)....
I have seen video's where MVD is troubling superbike owners telling them they have modified the exhaust ( even though it is in stock exhaust ) ... they even don't know how an inline 2 or 4 motor vehicles sound like....
I am not harassing anyone especially MVD, but first the officers who charge these penalties must clearly learn how the law is before troubling others..
This is one thing I noticed more in videos.. Some even don't know on what situations they should charge a penality..
Even though the MVD has cleared their side.... but if a Normal person sticker's his vehicle in a decent way, there are also officers who charge penalties.
So please officers treat everyone same.
