Great job mate, the little things are the fun ones, I put my CR500 in a ktm 525 frame, same deal had the get a 2 stroke boot to fit the carb, so enjoyable nutting it all out though, Things going to be great when your done 👍👍👍
I used aftermarket 4stroke ones had to cut the elbows off of the 2stroke ones and weld them on. Its a little bit of work but you get bigger radiators and the shrouds fit like they should.

what was wrong with the YZ frame? I know its a little old 2005, but mine rides pretty good.
