How to make a figure of 8 knots on a RA speed rope(Latest)

Some were asking on how to make a figure of 8 knots on RA Speed rope instead of cutting them, so we decided to create another simple video on how to do it.

Hi ivan, basically both knots are same, only difference in length for the figure of 8 is much longer than the regular knot. Cheers

how tall are u? I'm 5'11 and need 4 figure 8's which is strange

5'2 normally you either adjust your rope from the handle first then you can add some knots depending on individual heights. I do sometimes cuts some of the rope after adjustment. My ropes are the 9ft and 10ft.

@@samsulannuar that makes sense sir. so lots of people are cutting there rope to around 9 ft or so before they even add knots. I was wondering why I need more knots than people who are shorter!

@@jesusruiz6783 well for 5'7 should be fine, if its too long or the rope is dragging on the floor when you are skipping then you can adjust it with the knots.
