Realistically the top speed is probably 120 or so. I have a 1965 Silver Cloud III, have done for 39 years. I got about 120 from it without realising. The price will depend on how good it is. The problems come when it's owned by someone who can afford to pay for it but not maintain it properly. Often the first and second owners can do that. I'm the second owner of mine. Be wary of a car that has had multiple owners. Good luck finding one, they are a pleasure to drive and much better, and less complicated, than anything in the current range.
