I have a whole lot of feelings about this season. Full disclosure, I was never a big Westworld fan, I did like S1, but didn’t like S2 at all, and the whole Wild West thing was never my cup of tea, theme park or otherwise, so I was always waiting for the story to take us fully to the real world and OH. MY. GOD. I’m absolutely in love with this season. So far all the plot twists have really worked on me and I’m so in love with the Caleb/Dolores dynamic. At first I thought she was using him and to some extent that she had very little emotions or feelings anymore, but I really don’t think so anymore. ‘If we changed ourselves just to survive, would it matter if we did?’ pretty much confirmed she very much has emotions and feelings, and she’s been gradually showing more and more of them towards Caleb (not necessarily romantic, no matter how much my inner shipper would like that). But I think it’s clear that she cares about him almost, if not as much as she cares about the revolution at this point. The promo for the final makes me so excited and kinda scared at the same time ‘cause I don’t want Caleb or Dolores to die, but even with Westworld being renewed for S4 I’m still afraid for both of them.
Wow, that’s the longest description I’ve written in years, I HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS. Pretty much the only downside for me this season is Maeve’s motivation, she has no reason to trust Serac to keep his word and it really would have been more logical for her to team up with Dolores, no matter what she thinks of her. But ah well. :/

If I were a Westworld writer, I would have killed off Serac and saved Dolores and Maeve. Plus, I would have Dolores and Maeve go their separate ways but they will meet again in Season 4. In addition, at the end of Westworld Season 3, I would have Dolores and Caleb kiss each other as they watch the world burn while the song "Brain Damage" by Pink Floyd is playing.
