Dolores and Caleb walk into the room, and you can feel the power walking with them. Also, it seems appropriate this exact song is playing, considering Dolores is playing a wicked game with humanity.
Ramin, you madman, you outdid yourself again! This whole sequence was one of the most epic things the show had to put. The music, the editing, the brilliant costumes (specially Evan's), everything was absolutely... full of splendor.

I figured it out as soon as I started singing the lyrics along with it, “listen ma, I’ll give you all I got, get me off of this, I need confidence in myself...” What a great homage to The Weeknd.

Ramin Djawadi is the real star of this show.
The scores in Westworld are tinkering classical covers of contemporary songs. The creators of the series understand that we have instinctive emotional reaction to contemporary music that we know and love. Thus, by sneaking them in disguised as a score, they can actually control how the audience is going to feel during a scene.

This show is just incredible in every single aspect . Please HBO we need more seasons. Nothing in tv comes even close.
It's ratings have dropped around the 1 million mark for live viewing but go up a fair amount on recording and on demand streaming.
Anything over 500k is good for HBO as most their shows arent in the millions (GOT was the exception).
Westworld is safe. It will get its 5 seasons id say

HBO needs WW to premiere every year not every 2 years. Plus many people lost interest after S2 because the timelines got real confusing. I hope this show gets its 5 season's. Highly underrated.

Everyone in that room watching Dolores and Stubbs fighting to the death with real risks for them as if none of it was really real, blinded by their lives completely consumed by vice, without knowing the existence of the true center of the maze: consciousness... Simply wonderful Westworld is, ladies and gentlemen. So full of esplendor and more alive than ever this series is!!!

The entire series's soundtrack is just flabbergasting. I started watching it in quarentine and I simply could not stop. Everything about this show is ethereal. And this composer? Dude, I thank the goddess for giving me working ears so I can appreciate his work.

As much as I love the scenes with "Paint it Black" in Westworld and Shogun World, this has become my favorite of the series so far. A big part of that being Djawadi's score, as it accentuates every movement and blow of Wood's and Hemsworth's choreography! Well done!
