Hello my beloved TH-cam family. In this video, I am making a quick and easy Malaysian style Chinese Fried Rice. 😋😍
Have you ever wondered how to make fluffy & perfectly seasoned restaurant/ hawker style Chinese Fried Rice? Which isn't soggy, too oily, or even too salty. 🤔 Well, this recipe is for you. 👩🏽🍳
Kindly refer to the key ingredients of this recipe & its measurements as listed below.
INGREDIENTS for Chinese Fried Rice
● 2-3cups cooked rice (completely cool); any type
● 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
● 1/2 tsp light soy sauce (optional); reduce 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and add this as an alternative
● 1 chicken cube (bouillon) or 2 tbsp thick chicken stock
● 1 tsp salt
● 4 - 6 bird's eye chilli
● 1 tbsp dry shrimps
● 3 eggs
● 1/3 cup oil + 1/3 cup oil
● 6 cloves garlic (minced)
● 1 tbsp minced ginger
● prawns as per your preference (cleaned & de-veined)
● 1/2cup sliced chicken pieces
● few sprigs spring onions
Chilli-Soy Dip to eat with any Asian Fried Rice
■ 6-8 bird's eye chilli (finely chopped)
■ 4-6 tbsp light soy sauce
■ 2 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce
■ 2 tbsp vinegar
■ 1/2 tsp sugar
