Have you thought about a bike trailer? They fold up and have nice big tires so they roll easy but I’m sure you could make a mount to hook it to your scooter
That was our first plan, the trouble was finding a durable enough coupler that could handle the weight. Most bike trailers are for 80 lbs or less. Thankfully the solution we ended up with has been working well. Thank you for the idea.
Genset breaker.....if no issues and running ACs and it trips.....note if you just used the microwave. That will cause problems if you have a heavy load already and add microwave.
Thank you, we use the microwave to warm Bentley's food each day so that could have done it for sure. Will keep an eye on that if it happens again. Thank you for following along!

Yes, we follow them closely and love learning from their experiences. With both of our actual travels/locations being a few weeks ahead of our videos, they are actually quite a bit ahead of us. We are moving at a faster pace, so we may catch up in a few months. Would love to meet them!

Katelyn (I apologize if I speller her name incorrectly) is a very special and lucky young lady! Two of my most prized possessions is two Gold Medals while coaching Shebley County Tennessee Special Olympics team, we won consecutive state tournaments! Working with my "kids" every spring was special, as it was for our "partners" . . . Yes, I stacked the partners from one of my travel tournament softball teams. I wanted my kids to win so bad! The excitement after winning was priceless!

My wife has a problem with enriched flours, which are used almost exclusively in the US. European pastas and pastries agree better with her as well.
