Lets see, so the smallest fish need to be added to the aquarium first so that when the bigger potential predator fish go in, they can't find any prey because the prey already knows where to hide. High school could be like this. Let the smallest kids in the building first so that by the time the big bullies arrive, they have already figured out where to hide from them.

That’s a great idea about high school. One day freshman orientation is not enough.
