You TH-cam people who make these kind of detailed public transit walkthroughs are amazing! It gives me so much more confidence while planning any of my trips.
I highly recommend getting the ORCA Card any time someone rides public transportation in Seattle! The card is only $3 and you just load it up with funds. It supports electronic transfers between all modes of public transportation (between Du Pont in the south through Everett in the north) within a 3 hour span and you're only charged the highest fair out of all of the trips that you do. You'll save a ton of money by using this instead of paying for each separate trip.
@@raffinataonline Yes, the ORCA card can be used to transfer onto the monorail as well. You can use it to transfer between any of the below services: All Pierce County Metro services All Kitsap Transit services (including the water taxi/fast ferries) All King County Metro services (including the Seattle Streetcar and Monorail) All Community Transit services (including the Swift BRT) All Everett Transit services All Sound Transit services (Link light rail, Sounder commuter rail, and Express busses) You can also use ORCA to pay for fares for the below services, although transfers aren't supported: All Washington State Ferries from WSDOT (does not accept ORCA regional or monthly passes) Amtrak Cascades between Seattle and Everett (requires ORCA monthly pass)
