5 years ago my mom ask me what I wanted for my birthday I said nothing really so I picked up the paper and I saw Streisand was going to be in concert soon and my mom said would you like to go and I said hell yes so my mom paid for me to go see her at this concert I will never forget it. Streisand is a national treasure. She is the greatest talent and I've been a big fan all my life, always looking forward to her work, whether it was musical recordings, tv specials, magazines/books with her story and pictures, interviews. I always thought she was a beautiful woman.
No one has as pure a voice as this woman had at her peak. For some reason her voice at its peak always made me feel like crying. Just pitch perfect and perfectly smooth. Plenty of other great female singers in the past, but no one with the change of tone that moves you like Streisand. As they said Sinatra was the Male voice of the 20th century. Streisand was the female voice of the twentieth century. I include Ella Fitzgerald, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin and all those similar. NO ONE had a purity of voice like Barbra Streisand. It was always like listening to an Angel sing. She had the sign of pure genius.

Barbra Streisand's music HEALS. Few years back, I was never accustomed to any of her songs. It wasn't until I went through what I can say a "darkest" phase of my life, where I stumbled upon one of her songs which eventually led me to know more of her music. I was in my spiritual healing process at that time, and Barbra Streisand songs has become my daily dose. Her songs reconnected me to my innermost self that I eventually see the meaning of my life and the need to never give up no matter how many people may try to put me down and discredit me, because God is in full control of my life (YENTL songs..to mention an example). Barbra's voice is a gift from God. ❤

I can still remember the first time that I heard Barbra Streisand sing, I was around 10yrs old and at the cinema with my dad and after the film’s finished and we were all leaving they played a film trailer and it was Barbara singing Don’t Rain on my Parade, I just looked at this woman singing on the screen and the hairs on the back of my head stood up, I didn’t know who she was then but I fell in love with her voice right then, I’m now 70yrs old and an still in love 🥰 with this woman’s voice, and it’s good to know that I’m not by myself in feeling this way, there are millions around the world 🌎 September 2021 Love to you all around the world ❤️💐🎤

NO ONE had a purity of voice like Barbra Streisand.
It was always like listening to an Angel sing.

Barbra Streisand's music HEALS. Few years back, I was never accustomed to any of her songs. It wasn't until I went through what I can say a "darkest" phase of my life, where I stumbled upon one of her songs which eventually led me to know more of her music. I was in my spiritual healing process at that time, and Barbra Streisand songs has become my daily dose. Her songs reconnected me to my innermost self that I eventually see the meaning of my life and the need to never give up no matter how many people may try to put me down and discredit me, because God is in full control of my life (YENTL songs..to mention an example). Barbra's voice is a gift from God. ❤

I can still remember the first time that I heard Barbra Streisand sing, I was around 10yrs old and at the cinema with my dad and after the film’s finished and we were all leaving they played a film trailer and it was Barbara singing Don’t Rain on my Parade, I just looked at this woman singing on the screen and the hairs on the back of my head stood up, I didn’t know who she was then but I fell in love with her voice right then, I’m now 70yrs old and an still in love 🥰 with this woman’s voice, and it’s good to know that I’m not by myself in feeling this way, there are millions around the world 🌎 September 2021 Love to you all around the world ❤️💐🎤
