Gluten wasn't a real problem until grains started to be treated with Glyphosate. We ate wheat all our lives with no problems then my sister developed celiac disease in her 50's. Wheat today is not the same wheat we used to eat.
Hello. Gluten and glyphosate are different components. Celiac disease is an immune response to gluten specifically. Glyphosate is a gi disruptor but for sure doesn't trigger celiac disease. Greetings
Great information! I think it's important to note that in order to be properly tested for Celiac, you do have to have gluten in your diet. I made the mistake of realizing I may have it, cutting out gluten entirely, and then having tests run months later. Once your stomach lining has begun healing, the doctor may not be able to see the damage. So, his response was "You may have it, but we can't know unless you introduce gluten back into your diet, and we redo the endoscopy." Just word of caution for anyone who may think this is an issue for them :). Love watching you guys!
Jessica Libby, yes, that’s exactly what happened to me. I had cut gluten out of my diet before I could be tested for celiac, and there’s no way I can go through the hell of consuming gluten again to be tested
took me 1 ½ years to find out that I now have NCGS. 99.9% caused by Accutane/Isotretinoin (anti accne drug DON‘T DO IT, focus on nutrition.../ elimination diet)
Woah woah woah! BIG PAUSE!! I have not watched the video yet but I did just receive and read the email notification. A food intolerance IS NOT necessarily an immune reaction but rather due to improperly absorbed food. For example, lactose intolerance is the result of malabsorption and symptoms result from the effects of fermentation by gut flora. Celiac disease is a specific multifactorial disease that is still not fully understood yet has contributing environmental, immune, and genetic components. The result nonetheless is histologic changes in the intestine triggered by the consumption of gliadin, a component of gluten. In other words the tissues literally changes in its morphology and cellular composition. Atypical Celiac Disease is when there are symptoms outside of the GI system. And there are cases of silent celiac disease where the tissues change but the patient is asymptomatic. Different from Celiac disease, some people have nonceliac gluten sensitivity. -Medstudent I got my information from Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine, 20e (2018)
Dairy and preservatives can also cause digestive issues. Going gluten-free will help with weight loss too. Gluten is a toxic substance. Humans were never meant to eat grasses. Not drink cow's milk.

That’s a myth from the organic foods industry they use glyphosate too but in higher doses
Plus its been hybridized over years so it’s definitely not the same as it used to be
