@@seelenwinter6662 so you clicked on this reaction video to a band you clearly aren't fond of and saw this comment and decided to comment why you don't like A7X lol right on ?
Lot's of people don't seem to realize that Avenged Sevenfold is more or less "Zacky's band." He and Shadows are the two guys who are the backbone so to speak of A7X. They were there from day 1. Which isn't to discredit anyone, but they've said it before. They had to beg and plead Syn to join the band, and Johnny was always "the kid" of the band because he's quite a bit younger. So yea, Zacky is a major part of A7X. Without question.
Its sad Zacky gets no love. Yeah hes the rythem and not lead but without a good supporting sound the lead means nothing. Yes Zacky writes easy-to-play parts but its difficult to write something that is noticable but doesn't intrude on the spotlight of others. Everyone in this band has a quintessential role to play and they all do it very well.
Avenged Sevenfold at the time this was put out are: M. Shadows - Vocals Synyster Gates - Lead Guitars & backing vocals Zacky Vengance - Rhythm Guitars & backing vocals Johnny Christ - Bass guitars and backing vocals Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan - Drums & Backing vocals (R.I.P.)

RIP The Rev. While I think Brooks Wackerman is the better drummer, The Rev's abilities as a background singer were really underrated and the bridge of this song is a great example of that talent.
I think that's a fair enough assessment. Their style has evolved quite a lot since then, so much so that I'd say The Stage is borderline progressive metal. Personally, that fits my tastes really well but I can understand others liking their earlier sound. Regardless of style, though, the Rev was still a great drummer and all around musician.
I don't mean to be some form of music elitist but the bands drumming and lyrics have fallen hard since the Rev's passing. Avenged Sevenfold is still my all time favorite metal band, as they were my cherry poppers into the rock/metal scene but back when it was the Rev doing his thing, the drums were intricate and wild in the same breath. I wish the Vegas guys'd do a little bit more on A7X, even if one of two more songs. Afterlife isn't even close to pique performance!
+Lost In Vegas hey guys also try out A Little Piece of Heaven, Bat Country or Unholy Confessions. Three different albums, three different sounds, but just one band.
I'm so glad y'all aren't the general music reaction channels that react to the same popular boring artists. So thank you for that. I log on and might see Logic or Kendrick or Hopsin or Metallica and now even Avenged Sevenfold. Thank you for that.
The melody in their music is something that is so distinct in the metal scene, its the reason they're one of the few metal bands I still enjoy after hearing it so many times. Most metal to me I'll get down with for a few months maybe, but it gets old and monotonous. These guys know how to write some great melodies though that keep you hooked, and they still bring the heat with some insane shredding across all the instruments and vocals.
As I've said before, try out The Stage, Bat Country, M.I.A, Nightmare, Save Me, Coming Home and so many more. The entire band is talented The lead guitarist is Synyster Gates and the drummers name is The Rev although he passed a few years back
Been here since you had 1k subscribers and I've loved every single video I've seen from you guys. Honestly the best reacting channel there is and I can't get enough of you. Proud to have been here since (almost) the beginning and it's awesome to see how far you've come - and more to come!
What I like about these guys is that even though they seem like they aren't really too familiar with metal and the different genres of metal, instead of judging and being harsh about metal they are very open and accepting of metal. This allows for their reactions to be more genuine and neither forced nor judgemental. I really like this stuff, keep it up.
It has almost been a year since this reaction. How have you not done another Avenged Sevenfold song yet? Look at how happy you two are watching this, you owe it to yourself. Do a poll, get the song, do the reaction. Thank you and you're welcome.
Almost Easy - Avenged Sevenfold. The lyrics for that song are very unique. The singer takes the role of a person in your life that wants you to forgive them for hurting you but its not that easy.
I Don't Even Know Saw them live while they were recording Hail To The King, they played the title track for the first time when I was there! it was fucking rad.
+Richard Palermo that's awesome, man! But Hail to the King isn't really my favorite album nor is it my favorite song off the album. I think my favorite album is City of Evil and my favorite song on that album is Trashed and Scattered. That's my recommendation if you haven't heard it lol. Yeah anyway it's sick that you got to see them!
I know this is an older video, but I've noticed that so many people only mentioned Syn as guitarist. WHILE SYN IS THE BETTER GUITARIST OF THE BAND, YOU PEOPLE FORGET MOST OF THE GUITAR PARTS IN THIS WERE "HARMONIES" OF SYN AND ZACKY LIKE HELLO?
That's true and all but c'mon bro, this is Synyster Gates we are talking about here! There's only one Synyster Gates in the world so you know he's going to get the lion's share of recognition- and for good reason! The majority of the song is indeed reinforced with guitar harmonies as you say, but Syn's technical precision and speed outshines everything else. Anybody can use two guitarists to recreate the guitar melody sounds of this song, but no one can do the solos Syn pulls out of his ass so effortlessly. Zacky V is a good guitarist, and he's vital to creating and maintaining that signature "A7X sound", but Zacky V himself will be the first to tell you Syn is the superior guitarist, and that despite being his friend & band mate for so many years by now, Syn does stuff that even Zack finds himself amazed by.
But what if I told you Syn records both tracks in the studio, so technically it's Syn playing along with Syn. I believe they only got Zacky back to record in studio in The Stage (and the original pre-Syn Sounding the Seventh Trumpet)
What I love most about avenged sevenfold is their songs always add in some different instruments. Its not always just rock. They've had opera inspired songs, songs with orchestra, piano, everything.
If you like good guitar work and solos listen to: Judas Priest - Painkiller Megadeth - Tornado of souls In the metal community these songs are know for there solos. And also some even call them one of the best solos in metal.
Please keep in mind Dave Mustain of Megadeth did go through injuries on the arm And could not play, but started producing bands, avenge sevenfold was one of those bands
Hey new subscriber here, please react to more Avenged Sevenfold I suggest " A Little piece of Heaven " and " Save Me " Both are truly their masterpiece
Avenged Sevenfold absolutely kills it in this song! The beginning just hits u over the head and then when get to Syn’s blazing guitar solo at the end, your mind is just blown! He is definitely one of the greatest guitarists ever!

While I think Brooks Wackerman is the better drummer, The Rev's abilities as a background singer were really underrated and the bridge of this song is a great example of that talent.
andyhoov imma big fan of A7X, but i think A7X was more energetic back when the rev was alive.
He was also an amazing song writer. Look into how many songs he WROTE on Nightmare
Jimmy’s writing and knowing exactly when to add double bass to a song just make him the best in my eyes
As a drummer I feel bad Rev ain't getting enough praise in this.....but I mean Synyster was killing it lol
MrDeadlyBootz yeah fr
The lead guitarist is Synister Gates
never would have thought you guys would react to this type of music lol, but if you like Avenged Sevenfold try Nightmare next time.
Gotta keep y'all guessing! lol. Thanks for tuning in Pedro!
+Lost In Vegas hey guys also try out A Little Piece of Heaven, Bat Country or Unholy Confessions. Three different albums, three different sounds, but just one band.
And don't forget "Hail To the King"!!! It's goddamn awesome! B)
I really want to see them react to "A Little Piece of Heaven" because that would be pure entertainment.
Pedro Reynoso Nightmare? How original.
I'm so glad y'all aren't the general music reaction channels that react to the same popular boring artists. So thank you for that. I log on and might see Logic or Kendrick or Hopsin or Metallica and now even Avenged Sevenfold. Thank you for that.
We're just having fun vibing to music man. Thanks for watching!
the reason im sub to this channel.
Lead guitarrist in Avenged Sevenfold has the stage name Synyster Gates, but his real name is Brian Haner, Jr.
Dont forget his middle name, Elwin
His dad played with Frank Zappa man 😁
react to more avenged sevelfold like if you agree
Eternal rest
sounding the 7th the whole album
Nice try satan
Hail to the king
"I think this is nu metal"
"Yeah but I think it came out a while ago"
Love it😂😂 awesome channel btw!!
Lead guitarist name is synyster gates
Literally every song is like that so dynamic and beautiful
The melody in their music is something that is so distinct in the metal scene, its the reason they're one of the few metal bands I still enjoy after hearing it so many times. Most metal to me I'll get down with for a few months maybe, but it gets old and monotonous. These guys know how to write some great melodies though that keep you hooked, and they still bring the heat with some insane shredding across all the instruments and vocals.
Ya’ll straight wizards. I had zero time for metal until today. #expandingminds
A7X- Unholy Confessions
Bullet for my valentine- tears don't fall please
Please please please react to avenged sevenfold "save me "

Eric Carlson
You can't listen to part 1 without part 2
or Eternal Life
Who doesn't? Shit..
Yeah but not TOO early. I love all their albums but wouldn't recommend the first one
Trashed and scattered is an absolute amazing song that syn shreds through
As I've said before, try out The Stage, Bat Country, M.I.A, Nightmare, Save Me, Coming Home and so many more. The entire band is talented The lead guitarist is Synyster Gates and the drummers name is The Rev although he passed a few years back
Thomas Graham save me is their best song imo
Faces were melted this day.
Congratulations on the 10k guys! This is only the beginning, mark my words!
Thank you Carl!
1.2M later...
This comment aged like fine wine 👌
@@Adeon55 Yeah, super happy for the boys!
Been here since you had 1k subscribers and I've loved every single video I've seen from you guys. Honestly the best reacting channel there is and I can't get enough of you. Proud to have been here since (almost) the beginning and it's awesome to see how far you've come - and more to come!
Keep the metal coming. Love your analysis.
More avenged sevenfold please, my favorites are almost easy and not ready to die. Good video
Been an A7X fan for over a decade, never understood the love for Almost Easy. I don't "hate" any A7X songs, but that is one of my least favorites.
m0t0rcade idk I just love the drums in that song, in combination with syn it's amazing.
m0t0rcade same here dude...
m0t0rcade Your opinion on Acid Rain from the Hail to the King album? Just curious.
Bruh they need to watch the music video or "a little piece of heaven"
What I like about these guys is that even though they seem like they aren't really too familiar with metal and the different genres of metal, instead of judging and being harsh about metal they are very open and accepting of metal. This allows for their reactions to be more genuine and neither forced nor judgemental. I really like this stuff, keep it up.
Thank you!
It has almost been a year since this reaction. How have you not done another Avenged Sevenfold song yet? Look at how happy you two are watching this, you owe it to yourself.
Do a poll, get the song, do the reaction.
Thank you and you're welcome.
You should react to the Stage by Avenged, it just got nominated for a Grammy.
PS. the father of the lead guitarist shared this video a while back!
Critical Acclaim is a MUST!
Crzzy Definitely
Agreed. So cool
He's so talented, lol subbed. Thank you.
i love how honest and open minded you guys are like you’re not biased at all. and it’s so great love you guys
Dude Syn is legendary and the combo between him and zachy v is the best out there
Trivium- pull harder on the strings of your martyr
Hell yeah, that's a nice one
Yooooo react to Brompton Cocktail by Avenged Sevenfold next
Almost Easy - Avenged Sevenfold. The lyrics for that song are very unique. The singer takes the role of a person in your life that wants you to forgive them for hurting you but its not that easy.
There are two guitarists! Synister Gates and Zacky Vengeance! Hope this helps :)
Synister** you got it for the most part lol
I Don't Even Know oh my god I didn't even realize I did mispell it lmao, thanks!
It's just my job as your average Grammar Nazi. Glad to see another A7x fan. You've got good taste in music.
Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare
I know this is an older video, but I've noticed that so many people only mentioned Syn as guitarist. WHILE SYN IS THE BETTER GUITARIST OF THE BAND, YOU PEOPLE FORGET MOST OF THE GUITAR PARTS IN THIS WERE "HARMONIES" OF SYN AND ZACKY LIKE HELLO?
Ryan H. True. Nobody mentioned Zacky
I was saying that the whole video. There is 2 guitarist
Yea Zacky kills it
What I love most about avenged sevenfold is their songs always add in some different instruments. Its not always just rock. They've had opera inspired songs, songs with orchestra, piano, everything.
Slipknot - Duality
Juan. Slipknot. Psychosocial??
myballs itch slipknot- before I forget??
The Laughing crow Spit it out?
Metabolic or Disasterpiece
Juan yes.
5:40 when the solo literally melts your face!
Lol
If you like good guitar work and solos listen to:
Judas Priest - Painkiller
Megadeth - Tornado of souls
In the metal community these songs are know for there solos. And also some even call them one of the best solos in metal.
Johannes Hendricus Nino Mittemeijer tornado of souls 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Pantera- Floods greatest metal solo ever
\m/ yup
The sleep aswell, much emotion in those solos
Try Ram it Down by Judas Priest. Even better than painkiller
please react to Buried Alive by Avenged Sevenfold!! its considered their "stairway to heaven" very intricate and great transitions
Please keep in mind Dave Mustain of Megadeth did go through injuries on the arm And could not play, but started producing bands, avenge sevenfold was one of those bands
Synaster Gates
And Zacky or Zachy Vengeance.
Y’all don’t know how to fucking spell
Eh, it's the internet we're allowed to be idiots.
And because it's the internet you know people are gonna give you shit about it. hahahaha!
Garrett Yelton he's ok
Hey new subscriber here, please react to more Avenged Sevenfold
I suggest " A Little piece of Heaven " and " Save Me "
Both are truly their masterpiece
hentazz K Especially save me, don't forget M.I.A too
hentazz K save me is hands down my favourite A7X song of all time 🙌🏼
Thank you for supporting!!
Also "Exist" from their newest album will blow your mind
Don't forget So much to say!
George’s face and reaction to the solo was hilarious 😂
PARKWAY DRIVE PLEASE
React to Buried Alive by Avenged Sevenfold
Definitely
Yeah I'd hv to say I listen to that song the most, that whole album is over the top though
I literally came into the comments to recommend Buried Alive. The intro to that song I'm trying to learn right now it's so good
Yes!
Also..I have to say, I love Dear God as well.
They have no best song... you can't really compare all the songs under the same headline
TALENT IS TALENT, BABY!
Avenged Sevenfold absolutely kills it in this song! The beginning just hits u over the head and then when get to Syn’s blazing guitar solo at the end, your mind is just blown! He is definitely one of the greatest guitarists ever!
