Funny how the settler could cross water then cross the land and then go again into water all in one turn but crossing a little river would stop him.

How viable is this strat with out nq?
It's actually quite easy to make a game that unstable. You just don't give a fuck about it and live on the Early Access if it launches and runs it's good enough.
