CanAm Maverick X3 Amp Wiring EXPLAINED!!!

In this video we're going over the all the wiring for the amplifier in our 2023 CanAm Maverick X3 DS Turbo.
We needed a way to power our new Memphis Audio 10" marine grade subwoofer, so we installed an amp from SKAR AUDIO.
Everything works as it should, but it's not my proudest install, watch the video to see why!

I didn’t use a kit, I just used stuff I had from other projects. The only advantage to putting the amp where we did is you don’t need much wire, but in hind sight I wish I would have put it under the dash.

Do you have any problems with the battery draining?

Nope, just make sure you hook your remote wire up the blue wire from your radio. That way the amp will only come on when the radio is on, and you will be fine.
