Nope, just make sure you hook your remote wire up the blue wire from your radio. That way the amp will only come on when the radio is on, and you will be fine.

@ nope, it doesn’t need cell signal, it has a built in GPS chip.

@@bobmac95 thanks! We appreciate the support! The windshield is holding up great, I actually haven’t even used my bent metal glass windshield since I installed it, and that’s saying a lot! You just have to be careful and not try to wipe when dirty, but that’s the great thing about the flip up style!

It does help some for sure, but nothing I would call great. The whole bar does light up white, but yeah probably because it’s tucked in there a bit….

Here’s the sub we used… amzn.to/4e3KWKP I didn’t use a kit, I just used stuff I had from other projects. The only advantage to putting the amp where we did is you don’t need much wire, but in hind sight I wish I would have put it under the dash.

We’re heading down to the Badlands Off-road Park next weekend. Plenty of room there to send it, so stay tuned! I’m going to remove the tune, put it back to stock and get some numbers. Then reload the tune, and see where we stand!

Time difference on the drag… same start point, same full throttle, same ending point. Difference between stock with 32’s to Tuned with same 32’s. I have a 2023, 1000R. Looking to do similar. 32’s, pipe and tune. Curious to see what the numbers show.

Samsung Tab A 10.1". Wifi model only,. The Samsung tablets have the GPS built in, you don't need connectivity to get your GPS. its the whole reason I ditched the iPad.

That’s a tough one. I’ve been kicking around the idea of a video surrounding this very topic. I think a lot of it boils down to the type of person you are, and what you don’t mind doing. I love the CanAm. It’s a blast to drive. That turbo performs so much better than the Honda. But, the maintenance is a PITA. For MY type of riding, which is what I talked about in the video, I think I might prefer the Honda. But it only comes from my style. I tend to ride hard, beat the machine up a little bit, and I want the least amount of work possible lol. I’ve abused that Talon for years, and it still starts up fine, with only oil changes and brakes pads so far!
