I think the most astonishing part of this video is that you managed to go more than 2 minutes without being accosted by dragons, vampires, werewolves, or bandits. 😂 Well-done!
Skyrim is a game that holds a special place in my heart. Being of Scandinavian heritage, I associate a lot with the Nords of the Elder Scrolls franchise. That, and this game and the previous entry in the series were something my brother and I bonded over.
Absolute gold. Beautiful music, and the soul that went into it is so very deep. I resonate with this on so many levels. An amazing work, lady bard. PS: I lost it when the "metal dragon" flew overhead, belching flames and roaring into the sky!
Greetings and salutations! The almighty algorithm strikes again! I saw you at the Ren Faire the other day. Congrats, you’ve got yourself another sub (^_^)
Gosh, outstanding job. My favorite on the soundtrack and you did it so much justice! Beautiful location too. I'd love to learn hammered dulcimer one day. It seems like one of those things you shouldn't start cheaply with, I assume?
First time listener and I'll never skip a skyrim live remix. Beautiful work, this could be an altered track that plays in a cavern or sanctuary in the game or something 👏 Have you listened to any of the soundtrack from Divinity Original Sin 2? I feel many of the tracks would be well suited to be covered by you. Thanks for sharing your work 😀
Imagine just taking a walk and recognize skyrim music is being playyed in the forest nearby. Sorry but if that were me id have to find where its coming from
I am currently on tour! Washington Midsummer July-August, Ohio Renaissance Festival September - October, Texas Renaissance Festival November 2024. 🎉
Im in ohio. It's almost that time. Never be to a festival. I'll try
What a wonderful life you have, spending all that time at Renaissance fairs. Your music is beyond amazing. Thank you
@@TheLadyVictoria Wow, wish I'd seen this back then.
@@mattk6719 I will do the same locations in 2025 as well!

hahaha, it was a close call for sure!
Just imagine what it would sound like on a *sober* dulcimer. 😮
You've been a good friend to me Skyrim, and that means something.
Oh yes, the Oregon forests are magical! What a lovely setting!
Thank you, sweet lady for taking the time to play for us and the work involved in putting on here for us all to enjoy. 😊
You are so welcome! Thank you for understanding that it takes a lot of effort to make this kind of video!
Been playing a LOT of Morrowind, so hearing Skyrim music warms the soul.
I love the Morrowind soundtrack and hope to learn a few tunes from it soon. 😁
Whichever pieces you play, it always sounds lovely🎶🎵🎶 And such a vibrant setting for your music as well🌳🌿🍃
Thank you very much! It was so fun to go out hiking to find this spot! Also hard to balance on my stool and not fall in the bushes 😭
@TheLadyVictoria it must be heavy/awkward to carry.
I hope to see a land as beautiful as Skyrim one day, thanks to Jeremy Soule and thanks to you
Scandinavia and Russia
New Zealand's southern half is where the Lord of the Rings was filmed, that should be close to what you want.
@@snakycake4790 Yeah, I've heard about it, alas, it's half a world away

Somewhere in the distance, a wood gnome takes a leisurely pull on some pipe weed and dreams of his days of youth and vigor...

Gods be praised.
A huge thanks to you!🙏

Oh darn those pesky planes, you must live in Balch Springs!

I usually suggest the Songbird hammered dulcimers for beginners, they have the most reasonable priced instruments and include a bag and stand.
@@TheLadyVictoria just what I was looking for, thank you very much!
Ah I see you've installed the Realistic Forests mod, it really makes a difference!
hahah, yeah, high res for sure

Comment for the algorithm.
Simply awesome.
P.S.: Jesus, that helicopter sounds around 2:30 really scared me for a bit. Cons of being Ukrainian 😅
what kind of mer is Dulcimer 🤔🤔
That would be the Candy Elves
Love your talent Victoria!
I'm looking to learn and wondered can I still play "skyrim songs" on a 12/11 as a beginner?
Thank you!
Yes! Absolutely, with that size you have at least two octaves and that is way enough to play the more popular Skyrim songs! 💕🎵
@TheLadyVictoria So appreciate your response Victoria 💚 I found an amazing deal for a 12/11 vintage dusty strings and got it today, so, many thanks 😊
@@amymcguigan1813 oh perfect! Dusty strings is a great brand! I just visited their shop in Seattle!

hehehe, several folks walked past while I was filming, but I don't think any of them recognized it.
Can you make like an hour long loop?
Yes! I have one coming up! 😁🎵
@TheLadyVictoria awesome. Thank you 🙏
I hope you are not in the grove with the Gildergreen and her protectors.
I hope you have a wonderful time in ohio 🙏
Thank you! It is shaping up to be amazing!
Ma’am that piano is naked.
Hahah! Exactly.
