Honestly I just found this playthrough just now and there's so many smaller channels picking up Stalker Anomaly/Gamma and it's a fucking joyyyyyy to watch. I love your commentary together with Inverno. It gives me the feeling of reliving the game again for the 'first time' even though we both aren't on our first runs. Thank you! I really appreciate it! I can say in terms of visual quality and editing, ive only improved over time. I got into stalker through small channels, as all the big channels make like 1 video titled “broken gun simulator LOL haha” and don’t even make it past garbage. Once I actually progressed far in this game for the first time, it was like a whole new world lol. Glad you’re enjoying my videos, more to come as always!
Thanks for the content! I especially love how this shows off some of the submods I would have never known of earlier (especially the loot thing so you don't get screwed over by not getting the last shot in). Plus that snow mod is just gorgeous!
i uninstall this game a few months ago coz of work and then when i came back holy there is even a mod for talking AI for this game. big fan of this game. good video also
huh thats funny I recently did the exact same playthru a few weeks ago w/ inverno. I found Freedom to be easier than I expected - being friends w/ the mercs and the bandits gives you more than enough flexibility with missions to make up for not being able to work out of the Bar.
There’s some downside when working for loners bandits etc. there always seem to be a faction that doesn’t like you working with the other and vice versa so grinding up goodwill for supplier levels can actually be quite time consuming lol
You can use the pda to access tasks remotely without the need to speak to people directly. Just go to the task tab and click refresh tasks on the top right of the screen. You can then review and accept tasks from there.
Is it possible to play gamma on a steam deck? I can afford a full pc setup so I ordered a steam deck just to have something other than an Xbox to play games on. Was hoping gamma base game would possibly work on it maybe?
Hmm not sure. You'd have to add the gamma launcher to steam for it to work to begin with. Also you'd probably have to dip to low settings, as I have a very powerful machine yet I get frame drops even at only high settings in some areas. I suppose its worth testing out, I dont have a deck to do so myself though
@Zaddex4 I got one coming in soon. I've done a little research and I know it's possible to run base anomaly. From what I've read I'll definitely need a pc to get gamma running on it though. Aside from the default mods provided by GAMMA, I have: Project INVERNO Interactive PDA Fight my foes Thermal goggles Gamma masks edit (Mod that makes the mask have physics in first person) Gamma style health panel 1.1 Catspaw milspec PDA New Game Export HD models for gamma Hd models for gamma Patch As well as whatever mods need to be disabled/enabled for HD models and INVERNO to work properly. You can find more info, and the mods here, on the GAMMA discord on the channel "mods-posting"
There’s a mod called inverno that you can find on the gamma discord server. If you follow the instructions closely it’s not the hardest thing in the world
Brightness is ok, its not perfect, menageable, personalny i prefer default spring. I like your comments, luckily its not narration for kids and its entertaining all the time. Good luck with finding more subs.
@@MrEvans1 unfortunately I was having some issues with rendering and export settings so some bad visuals may be on my part as well. I do end up resolving some of them later in the series

the trick for Ironman mode is to play with extra lives but the extra lives can only be used to continue after a BS death like a door killing you

I hate this winter mod, visibility is so bad... you missed like 2-3 stalker bodies in garbage you could loot.
Sorry that it's not your cup of tea, will be going back to default look in some future playthroughs
