My sister decided to pick a guy with property on a private branch on my home stretch so its really where I go anymore, but its a pretty shallow stretch and ya need some blowouts before it gets to where theres always fish. I didnt start fishing it til early december last year and most of them fish were full of color. We had mostly ice all January and when it opened up again we had a bunch of fresh fish til april
We could definitely use some water! Last year we had a lot of fish come in early and it seems like this year they are taking their time. Sounds like you have some nice access, now we just need the fish to cooperate. Tight lines!
