That one section in the engine room before the far door, are the tanks. Water, gas etc. and apparently you can take off the hatches to clean or fix something. Inside is a container that holds all the water or gas. So if there’s an issue you can replace the container. Not what they are actually called, in another video the guy doing the review of this yacht was explaining, but he never opened the door at the end and with all the noise going in this video I couldn’t understand what the crew member said was on the other side.

Heaven's Gate was in San Diego, California. They were a UFO cult who committed mass suicide, all wearing the same clothes including their infamous Nikes. In a totally separate incident, David Koresh went on to lead the religious-based cult of the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas. When Federal agents seized the compound, a fire broke out, killing many of the members. This led to a controversy as to who set the fire. Was it an accident, suicide, or murder?

Great ship. I was ready to pull the trigger and buy one but I just did the math. I could spend a million a year on charters for 13.5 years for the same money, over the 13.5 years it would need probably 2 refits @ 5 million each, that is another 10 years I could charter, figure in the insurance, slip cost and maintenance...the math says I could probably charter a yacht for 25 years and let someone else have all the headaches, while I always enjoy a clean new yacht with crew every year.. I guess I could charter it out but that is an entire new set of headaches.

    • @keithlivingstone2525

That really is just garbage, because you're comparing their earnings to western standards of living. $3 an hour when cost of living is far less than the USA may be comparable to what an American would be getting in return. A lot of sailing yachts were built in NZ for many years because of the very favourable exchange rate to the USA - same reason a lot of films get made in Australia these days by American production companies - how do you think Tom Hanks picked up Covid? Now do you think Australian or New Zealand employees are slave labour as well, or were they getting paid by local standards?
