For me, I think it's one of the best boats you have shown us. Many say a liveaboard, but this is the real deal, it's laid out as a real family boat. Thanks for taking us on the journey.
I used to be the Captain of this boat when it was Scott Free. Very cheap owner!!! I flew to St. Lucia to pick up this boat and deliver it back to Lauderdale. Met the owner there for the first time. Was told the Yacht was in good working order. Was told not to cruise above clutch in order to save on fuel!!! Told you he was cheap. Long story short it was the delivery from hell. We experienced, Fire ,Flood, and Pirates!! After passing San Juan at about 2:00 am we had an alarm. Went to the engine to check it out to find that the engine batteries were losing charge. One engine died then the other. Dead ship in the middle of the ocean. We towed a 24 ft tender. Rigged it up for towing, towed the yacht for 12 hours until we reached Great Igangua in the Bahamas! Took another 8 to 10 hours to figure out all our problems and headed to Lauderdale. Trip from Hell ! Glad to see that someone has put a lot of money into the old girl!
Definitely one of your best tours. Finally a boat where you don’t have to worry about breaking anything as if you were in a museum. The country kitchen is lovely. A true family vacation experience.
Phew, was worried you'd forgotten the clocks had changed 😂😂 That bathing platform is really clever, when I see these older reviews it makes you realise the number of cool features that seem to have been lost to history.
Yep, I can see myself on that and being extremely happy. Modern yachts are amazing but this is quintessentially what yachting represents for me. Comfort, safety and making the most of your surroundings.
This MY has one of the nicest country kitchens I’ve seen. The forward storage compartment is beyond brilliant. Very good showing Nick, have a great week.
Absolutely amazing. I would of been interested in seeing her before the refit. Such open space on board her. You wouldn't feel on top of each other. I've always said if I had the money to be able to afford one of these. I wouldn't keep the crew so separated. I would make them feel as much as part of the boat as I am. They wouldn't need to hide away. Going back to this Yacht the amount of space you have when losing those side decks is incredible. Thank you so much for sharing her with us Nick
Love the layout on this yacht, spacious is an understatement on here it's huge. Nice finishes throughout and wants for nothing. Great tour as always Nick thank you.
Just wow. A beautiful boat, great layout. I love the decor, combining the retro turquoise with more modern wood finishes. Luxurious without being overly ostentatious.
Wow... You basically have a floating mansion for 5 Million Nick.. it's a no brainer, if you had the money. It's obviously been so well looked after even with the new work added. The family kitchen area is a home from home. Just a beautiful comfortable looking vessel. Thanks for showing her to us Nick.. looking forward to the next one.
What an astounding upgrade, beautiful vessel. What does surprise me at times is the crew access on many boats always seems to be quite near the sea, ie low down on the swim platform or outside near sea. In some sea conditions it would be a challenge getting in without being soaked. I am aware there are other accesses but also in the access is the engine room, hope the door is well sealed 😁
So much boat for five large. What’s not to like. The massive storage area on the bow is amazing. No mention of a stabilization system which would be nice. Thank you Nick for a thorough walk through.
So very much enjoy your tours Nick. Feel as if my best friend were showing me the boat. This is a beautiful boat with a recent upgrade that i can't imagine anyone not liking! Nothing overly posh, but everything anyone would need. Thank you for the time and work that you have to go through that we don't even know about. Keep doing what you do and we'll keep watching! Thanks again!
Well I absolutely love this. From start to finish. Definitely a home away from home, and a wonderful yacht to go adventuring on. Fabulous. Thank you Nick.
Thank you for the comprehensive tour Nick. It's a lot of yacht for the money. It's not often you see a 120' yacht that's in great condition which only costs $5 million.
Hey Nick it's easy to see this refit comes from living aboard for extended periods and is worth every penny it's classical, yet refined a true beauty, have a great Sunday bud 👍
"Let's twist again, like we did last summer..." Chubby Checker! Fantastic yacht and tour, really nice refit. Take care with our FL sun; it can burn you! Thanx Nick!
To buy this boat used, refurbish the entire vessel - including re-powering - then add a profit and still sell it for $5 million is amazing. Except for new engines, electronics, upholstery and paint this boat must have been in excellent condition. And it's a TWENTY THREE year old yacht that's One Hundred Twenty Feet Long. This spells bargain. Ultimate live aboard. Summer home. B and B. Couples' long weekend charters. Several family time share. Lot's of potential. Thanks for the fun tour.
Man that's a beautiful boat, looking at that engine room tells you the previous owner REALLY LOVED that vessel. The layout with the huge kitchen is how I'd want it done, there is enough room for everybody to congregate in there while you cook/entertain. That being said, since there is such a huge dining area in the kitchen I'd take out the formal dining room table. Move the bar over to where that is, make it like a 3 sided round/curved wrap around affair. 4 or 6 people could sit on the bar stools, they'd face each other to where it would be like sitting at a round table. Could have great conversations there, hell even eat a meal there with your buds.
I don't go "Wow" much when the doors are opened to go inside, but I did here! - my enthusiasm died off a bit going down stairs - for me, outdated, big yes, but those handles! lol Still needs some work to upgrade the bedrooms and bathrooms but yes Nick a nice family boat.
I don't usually like the idea of TV,s outside but having that drop down one from the flybridge hardtop looked awesome, I can see myself watching Aquaholic videos up there whilst at anchor in some exotic location! Thanks for the sound proofing demo too - I've often wondered about that.
Nice to see something different again Nick . I see some negative comments as to interior design but I’m sure not everyone is wowed by everything designed “ Today “ . As with classic cars or sailboats Cheers for showing us something that is not of the moment but still interesting and enjoyable .
A superb vessel, I absolutely adore that kitchen I am sure many others have complimented it but I will add my own, what a place that would be to spend an evening, I love it. Amazing tour thanks Nick!
More yachts 100+ feet should implement the partial side decks IMO. It opens both the saloon so much. This is a fantastic yacht layout and one of my favorites with the country kitchen and fold out bathing platform. 11:28 the light being out in the chandler is triggering my OCD :) Woodwork and furnishings throughout are very classy. 20:14 thank you for closing the engine room door, I've always been curious how loud the crew quarters are with it closed, would love to see you do it on other tours (assuming generators and/or engines are running). Regarding the bell, the maritime tradition is that even if a ship's name is changed, the original, unchanged bell should remain with the ship.
Nick, the only drawback I see of using that forward "doghouse" for toys is you would have to either carry them through the salon or throw them overboard from the Bow. All-in-all, beautiful yacht for its age and a most exceptional refit. I might have added a smaller crane on the Bow to deploy toys and possible jetski if there's enough room.
One of the few country kitchens I've seen and I like it. A bit surprised there were only 4 guest cabins on a 120, but I only have 3 friends, so it would work.
At 18:00 you can see pet bowls, most likely for a dog, which makes me think it belongs to that good boy at 9:00 who just wants some pets, belly rubs, at swim at the beach and a nice, rare steak.
Amazing boat for the money! Well organized and relaxed and great crew area! Love the bathing platform, it doubles the space by the touch of a button❤❤❤
I've gone on 20 million dollar tours, minus a couple of jet skis and a couple extra rooms, this seams like a steal for 5 mill. Has all the luxury the big super yachts have.
Hi Nick, that country kitchen and nook were a common feature on lots of big boats at a certain period in time. Wouldn't be too happy at the poor sod having to drop the buffers over the lower side with just a roof mounted grab rail. I should think the insurance companies would have nightmares 😮 Overall a good boat of it's time and presents well. Cheers.
A superb super yacht! Really good use of space for comfort and enjoyment, exactly as it should be. Dare I say, a bargain? Great tour as always, thank you!!
Sometimes, I prefer the look and design of older boats and the added character they sometimes have. The only downside for me are the small lower deck windows that I assume cannot be enlarged without compromising the structure. I guess it can be said that the portholes are part of the "character". This yacht has been beautifully designed with large spaces and it's exterior looks current. As usual, Nick does an EXCELLENT job of showing us yet another great boat.
I saw a tour of another yacht sponsored by the listing agency. During that tour they referred to the railings across the stern as “staples”. Not sure that is their official name but it works.
Mmmnn! A bit too 1990's "Holiday Inn" for my taste inside . I'd love to see what good interior designer could do with this space to match the sleek clean exterior lines . A boat of two halves as it stands at the moment . Thanks for the tour as always Nick !
Thank you Nick. I think they did a terrific job at coordinating the colors in each of the areas. Very comfortable indeed. Only thing missing is a hot tub, but I am sure one could be fitted in there somewhere. 🤣 🍷
I just mentioned you in my comments. I said that neither you or Darth KEK had pointed out yet that it was a copy of a Broward yacht. I know that design of the country kitchen and forward cabin was popular with them and Hargrave, but this is like a version of Lady Sharon Gale. Modified obviously. But maybe you were being nice. I decided not to be though. My inner FloridaMan coming out you know. Pinellas County through and through and all that. Lol. Anyways. It is a nice boat though. Missing some stuff like you said. Guess they didn't want to copy Broward too much😂
Yes Yes Superyacht Sunday Hi Nick, And thank you for this very nice show of this North Coast 120 from 2000 a empresive one strarting from the bathing platform with that funny plateau going under the water for easy swiming in the sea and step out nice and yes the country style kitchen a great idear there and the double suite {VIP} in the bow with combined shower and tub the big master with a separeted shower or tub top Thanks again Nick a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If I remember correctly, Jim Davison advocated buying an older boat and refitting it, this appears to be a superb example of this. So well done and Nick you're right, very homely.
Nice boat. It's a shame the huge bosun's locker stopped them having forward windows. Sitting next to that lovely galley and being able to see where the boat is going would be fantastic.
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but what a great chunk of yacht for the money and looking really great for its age. If I was buying a yacht for normal use as in something you use a couple of times a year and maybe charter out in-between then I tend to leen towards European makers style yachts ,but these older American style yachts make great what I call full-time live abroad type yachts . The country kitchen something that I'm not usually keen on for normal use but for full-time living they are great 👌🖖
It looks like a beautiful ship, the feeling exudes a luxury ship and yes, it all looks absolutely gorgeous! It's got an absolute WOW factor! What a refit can do?! So if anyone has £5 million left for me? Then I am recommended. Of course you can sail along for a week :-)
Nick, I would have liked to have known a little bit more about what took place down in the engine compartment such as engine overhaul fuel polishing system Blackwater cleansing system and whether there was one or two water makers.
Your a great Captain
You could have payed the cheap owner 10K dollars to more diesel and sailed at your own speed.
@@BertMerlin57 just glad it found a great new owner!!!!
Definitely one of your best tours. Finally a boat where you don’t have to worry about breaking anything as if you were in a museum. The country kitchen is lovely. A true family vacation experience.
😢
I love the classic lines and the family friendliness of this boat.
Phew, was worried you'd forgotten the clocks had changed 😂😂
That bathing platform is really clever, when I see these older reviews it makes you realise the number of cool features that seem to have been lost to history.
Yep, I can see myself on that and being extremely happy. Modern yachts are amazing but this is quintessentially what yachting represents for me. Comfort, safety and making the most of your surroundings.
Best part - That Kitchen! What a wonderful place.
One of the best yachts you've shown. Every single space was cozy and it feels realistic to spend long times as sea on this, in almost any climate.
What a stunning Yacht! One of my favorites on the channel. The refit was done perfectly. Its so homely yet classy!! Thanks for the tour Nick!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks as always for takin' a peek Nick!
Thanks as always for arranging it, you have some awesome listings! 😃
This MY has one of the nicest country kitchens I’ve seen. The forward storage compartment is beyond brilliant. Very good showing Nick, have a great week.
Thanks, you too! 🙂
There is so much soul and charm in these older super yachts. Thank you once again for a great tour 😃
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Absolutely amazing. I would of been interested in seeing her before the refit. Such open space on board her. You wouldn't feel on top of each other. Refit? It looks like it needs a a few million put in it right now
Love the layout on this yacht, spacious is an understatement on here it's huge. Nice finishes throughout and wants for nothing. Great tour as always Nick thank you.
Glad you like it 🙂
That's a hell of a lot of boat. Really appreciate the extra width in the salon. They did a fantastic job with the refit. Thanks for the tour!
Nick, I’ve seen you tour virtually new yachts that didn’t show as well. Loved it.
More daylight, well earned lie in, late and tasty bacon based breakfast and a new tour of a lovely yacht by the master of yacht tours, life is good.
Love the country kitchen. Great yacht for that price. Awesome find. Thanks Nick
We used to own that boat was called Scott Free. Took it to Lake Erie, Europe, Bahamas. Wonderfully memories!
This is probably one of my favorite boats you have toured. I love the kitchen area, just like you would find in a home.
9:30 "give this a little twist, like did last summer... "
random jive bunny song lyrics for no reason 😂😂😂
I really like how the interior has been designed. The colors and style of furniture hit the sweet spot for me.

Thanks again!
Great to hear! 🙂
Well I absolutely love this. From start to finish. Definitely a home away from home, and a wonderful yacht to go adventuring on. Fabulous. Thank you Nick.

Hey Nick it's easy to see this refit comes from living aboard for extended periods and is worth every penny it's classical, yet refined a true beauty, have a great Sunday bud 👍
Thanks, and you! 🙂
Astonishing craft. The room in the salon reminded me of a classy hotel salon.

Lovely refit, made it very comfortable and practical. Decent furnishings. Even crew quarters aren’t too bad.
Nice

You have shown a lots of boats but this one for age is wow factor great job
That Swim Platform is just amazing 🤩.... Another great tour from Nick, Regards from Bali.....
Hey there Bali! 😎

Thank you for the awesome tour as usual. You show many wonderful boats but this really feels like a lovely "home" on water. Really quite special.....
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Love these little boats you can easily manage single handed
Love it. I've seen a lot of boast you have but this one is laid out the best.
Gorgeous looks like a brand new yacht
Palatial indeed. Very nicely refitted, lovely interior and so much usable space. A nice find Nick.
i really like this boat. Thanks Nick
I love a good mirror wave! Keep em coming!
Thank you! Will do!
This is probably one of my favorite boats so far this year
Your mirror wave is like a signature! It is exciting waiting to see if it will happen!

Great tour, Nick.
Absolutely gorgeous ship, it is a dream for many. Thank you so much for showing all this ships and boats for us. 😊
Our pleasure!
Absolutely amazing... has got that homely feeling just looking at the interiors...😊
Elegance Personified. Awsome value for the money. Only downer, no multi seat social Jacuzzi.
Great video Nick, you never fail to deliver. Thank you
You're welcome! 🙂

What a gorgeous boat Nick love the complete layout & that kitchen is amazing & excellent review.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Absolutely Lovely! Gorgeous for a 2000 build. Nice refit. Cheers

Once again Nick, she's bloody gorgeous 😍 ❤️
Nice yacht! Watching it now! 👀👀
I agree, very spacious and comfortable, especially that country kitchen.
It's absolutely beautiful.
Perfect boat. Very well thought out!
Just love theses on a Sunday evening thanks nick just fantastic.. ❤
Glad you like them! 🙂
Great video! I liked that 2000 era ship! Beeaaautiful!
A superb super yacht! Really good use of space for comfort and enjoyment, exactly as it should be. Dare I say, a bargain?

Beautiful yacht nick
What a beautiful yacht and great tour.
Thank you very much!
Lovely yacht Nick especially for its age great refit . Great tour as usual Nick 👍
Many thanks!
As always enjoyed hugely, but quality of materials used in refit?
Thanks
I worked on this yacht back in 2000 at North Coast … it was a great company to work for.
I saw a tour of another yacht sponsored by the listing agency. During that tour they referred to the railings across the stern as “staples”. Not sure that is their official name but it works.
Great tour, Nick! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching! 😃
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Very warm saloon in the color choices! Very nice!
Awesome Nick your right thats a beautiful yacht my friend..
Mmmnn! A bit too 1990's "Holiday Inn" for my taste inside . I'd love to see what good interior designer could do with this space to match the sleek clean exterior lines . A boat of two halves as it stands at the moment . Thanks for the tour as always Nick !
Agreed, the cabinetry handles look like a job lot off eBay
Totally! And there goes another 7 figures
That is a beauty. I love a country kitchen.
Brilliant use of space!!
The country kitchen something that I'm not usually keen on for normal use but for full-time living they are great 👌🖖
Love that helm! Very nice! 👍👍
I love the 15+ year old boats that have been refitted. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but this boat is a beauty.
It looks like a beautiful ship, the feeling exudes a luxury ship and yes, it all looks absolutely gorgeous! It's got an absolute WOW factor! What a refit can do?! So if anyone has £5 million left for me? Then I am recommended. Of course you can sail along for a week :-)
very nice refit, except the color of the marble that shows it's an 'older' boat, it looks like a brand new one. Thanks for the video.
Nick, I would have liked to have known a little bit more about what took place down in the engine compartment such as engine overhaul fuel polishing system Blackwater cleansing system and whether there was one or two water makers.
Brilliant tour as usual Nick! When are you moving to Florida :)
That would be cool, but I'd miss the UK 🙂
