Now, this tool is fantastic because you can adjust the depth of the blade to the depth of the eyes you are removing in each row. All you do is raise your hand up for shallow cut. Lower for deeper cuts. The tool is ingenious! So easy to use, clean and store. I'm getting a few tools for family and myself. Great Demo!

I'm a bit of a cheap skeet and I hate wasting things. when you use the pineapple cutter that you twist a lot goes wasted. I really like this method.

Lol, you cut so finely only to dig deep when cutting out the eyes.
You have to go kind of deep, but only where the eyes are.
You can use the skin and the bits to make juice. Wash, crush and boil with blended ginger then sweetened with brown sugar, served cold.

If you can't afford the choice cut of beef, you can buy the cheaper parts and cook it with pineapple and it will become very tender.
