Now I am aware that I am not alone… There are other pomegranate lovers among us who still avoid going down the pomegranate aisle. Just like me, this obvious secret peeling art has managed to elude them until now. Allow me to take out the bitter from your bitter-sweet relationship. Oh yes! While filming this video it seems like the red dots got to every part of the room... (I did a couple pomegranates) But the pomegranates were delicious! Although I bet the organic, fresh off the tree ones that you had were much better!

I've never bought these just because of this in getting the good stuff out. These are great for people with thyroid issues, red fruit for a red gland. Food shapes and colors correspond to parts of our bodies.

The biggest kept secret is to soak the pomegranate in water for a few hours (or overnight). You can then peel them like an orange! Absolutely no mess!
