    I have four children and I used Denise Austins maternity workouts. People were jealous when I was back to my normal or better weight in no time! I love Denise. I am using her videos again, thank you TH-cam.

    I just don't get how people don't like Denise! My mom did her videos right after she had me (I'm 17 btw) to lose the baby weight and that's how I discovered her. She's amazing and I do see results with her workouts.

    back in 2007 I used to work out to Denis all the time, but then the TV station took her off the air. I then switched to Gilad. But I love Denis, and I'm happy to have discovered this youtube page. To help me get back on track, and help vary my work outs so I don't get board.

    I love working out with Denise Austin!!! She keeps me focused and motivated. This workout is great. If you're just starting out and want something that's short but can really make you sweat...give this a try!

    This is my favourite workout ever! Makes me feel so strong and I love how it works the abs and legs. :) If you want to see super fab results, do two of her 12 minute workouts each day.

    First 3 minutes: 'I can do it, I can do it'. 6 minutes later: 'I can, I can,'. 7 minutes later: 'I'm dying, I'm dying.'. But I've made the whole exercise.

    depends on how hard you are working. if you're sweating and almost out of breath (or are out of breath), then you're working hard enough to burn a significant amount of kcalories. running can burn anywhere from 600-800/hour, while floor aerobics is usually less, so im guessing 300-500 kcalories/hour. all of this depends on sex, weight, age, etc--so the best way to determine whether you're getting a good enough workout without using math is just pushing yourself!

    Awesome way to lose fat, but have you been told about Sweet Weight Shredder? My best mate shred 2 stone really easily using it.

    The cuing is not the best at some points but it's a good workout in a pinch when you are short on time. Gets your heart rate up.

    hold dumbbells or put in weight ankles and do the workout super fast! so you can lose weight with 12 min workout !

    this exercise is amazing!! i lost 0.2ounces so if you do this 5 times its possible u may lose 1 pound!!! im sweating like crazyy!! amazing workout!

    this workout is only for 12 minutes,but after i was done it felt like an hour...lol and i was sweating like a pig, i will sure recommend this to my friends and family

    @SgrMomma1974 True...i really hate that sometimes.....I think because...she talks alot an loses count at times Lol it can be annoying.Also seems like she just randomly comes up with some moves on the spot..sometimes in some of her vids looks as though the ppl working out with her don't even know what to do..like she comes up with moves on the spot,but ah well i still enjoy her workouts! =)

    What is her count...it's hard to follow when her counts are off...some exercises she does with an 8-count, 9-count, 15-count...she is not consistent...I like her enthusiasm, but she is not consistent

    I think it's envy because she can do the workout out (with all the kicking, bouncing and jumping) and yet she kept on talking.
