I just don't get how people don't like Denise! My mom did her videos right after she had me (I'm 17 btw) to lose the baby weight and that's how I discovered her. She's amazing and I do see results with her workouts.

depends on how hard you are working. if you're sweating and almost out of breath (or are out of breath), then you're working hard enough to burn a significant amount of kcalories. running can burn anywhere from 600-800/hour, while floor aerobics is usually less, so im guessing 300-500 kcalories/hour. all of this depends on sex, weight, age, etc--so the best way to determine whether you're getting a good enough workout without using math is just pushing yourself!

What is her count...it's hard to follow when her counts are off...some exercises she does with an 8-count, 9-count, 15-count...she is not consistent...I like her enthusiasm, but she is not consistent

Awesome way to lose fat, but have you been told about Sweet Weight Shredder? My best mate shred 2 stone really easily using it.
The cuing is not the best at some points but it's a good workout in a pinch when you are short on time. Gets your heart rate up.
I just did this one.... i liked it...even if it was just 10 minutes... i feel great.
hold dumbbells or put in weight ankles and do the workout super fast! so you can lose weight with 12 min workout !

Well it's also 12 minutes. You'd have to add more to your workouts.
Do what I did...hook the computer into the TV then mute the video and turn on your own music.

this isn't really challenging i didnt even get my heart rate up. not so great for people who are used to working out.
