Thanks for another entertaining video 😊 you are doing San Jose a great service. I appreciate the recommendations which I will be trying soon. Can't wait for part 3
Yes, please do a part three. I’m half Vietnamese and half Korean. Unfortunately, I don’t speak either languages, but was raised by my Vietnamese mother, so my food memories are Vietnamese. I live in SF, but drive down to SJ all the time experience Viet food and culture. I’m learning where to go by watching your vids.
Omg that’s awesome, we love to see half mix. We’ll definitely work on making a part three! Thank you for watching our vids, means a lot to us! What’s your favorite Vietnamese dish?
@@j-ngoc I love the dishes that it are difficult, if not impossible to find in restaurants. I can literally eat CHẢ TRỨNG HẤP every day of my my life. I also love Cà Chua Nhồi Thịt and have never seen it in any restaurant. If I want it, I have to make it. And a really excellent bowl of Bún riêu will make me cry tears of happiness.
Been watching your vids a guide where to eat when I'm on business trips to SJ. My disappointment is Bò Né Phú Yên isn't open for dinner (no way I can get there for lunch.) Is there another place that serves a good Bò Né?
We feel honored we’re your guide! Aww yeah, bò nè Phú yên does close early. There are 2 other places that we know that serves Bo nè: Ngọc Sương (they have this fire stir fry macaroni dish on a skillet as well!) and Đà Thành Restaurant! Both have good Bò Né as well but BNPY is on of our favorite. Hoping you do get to stop by BNPY on your trips but if not the two spots mentioned are good as well😊

The city of San Jose has the most Vietnamese people outside of Vietnam. You'd better believe we do Viet food great. 😋😋😋
Haha forsure! They definitely dominated San Jose with the viet food scene, always on the hunt for more places :))

I can eat Ba Ne Phu Yen everyday for the rest of my short life because It would probably kill me in 10 years if I just eat Ba Ne for every meal.
