I flew that route last year and KLM charged me double for hold bags. It was a real effort getting refund. The lady at the KLM cashier window at Schipol was very unhelpful.
It certainly looked like value for money. The access to the lounge with food and drinks with the option of a shower. I also thought the onboard meal and drink options looked generous in a more business class type seat. You bagged a bargain deal, well done!
60 eur is really very cheap. I often fly to and from CPH and it is almost never below 80 eur when it's cheapest. And distance is more or less the same to CPH and BER...
Out of curiosity, did your upgrade to business entail any additional baggage allowance? If so, then 60€ can definitely represent a very good value if you intend to check a large bag, since most EU carriers charge anywhere between 20-30€ per segment for a 20-25kg bag. If not, then it's not as clear cut... sure you get lounge access, priority boarding/deplaning (which only really matter if you depart from a proper gate and not a "bus gate") and some extra space and food onboard, but realistically speaking, besides from the extra guaranteed space onboard, you can probably settle in a restaurant airside and enjoy an equally if not better meal for less than that and you'll come ahead.
'Worth it' is subjective. What is worth it to one person may not be worth it to another. That presentation of the meal looks pretty sub-standard in those plastic microwave dishes and comes across as a strange choice of menu. Is that wood or plastic cutlery? But you did get to eat in the lounge. The seating arrangement in Business is unfortunately normal on intra-European flights so cannot really be taken into consideration.

If I remember correctly I think the upgrade did include checked baggage allowance.
