Hi! Can i pipe flowers on parchment papers and store in fridge for a week befor eusing them to decorate. How long does it last. Thank you! And can i please know what brand chocolate are you using.
Hi there, yes absolutely you can pipe flowers days ago but freeze it don’t keep them in the refrigerator. Line up on a baking sheet and freeze it, once flowers freezes and hardens, transfer it to air tight container and keep it in the freezer up to 6 months on stable temperature. You can use any type of white chocolate of your choice, my personal favorite is ghirardelli white chocolate.

This frosting is quite stable in hot weather, just don’t put directly under sunlight.

Any type of fresh dairy cream will work but in some countries cream is thick so you might need to add more cream to make it into piping consistency 👍

It’s a lot tastier than buttercream but Unfortunately its not a heat friendly frosting

If storing for long period (more than a week) it’s better to keep it in freezer in airtight container. You can always add more cream little by little to make it your desired consistency for piping

Yes very stable better than normal buttercream, it doesn’t melt. I’m using this recipe for many years 👍
I try but it melts in the bag before I can do a second flower
If you are new to piping ,this happened to beginners or maybe Your hands were probably warm, in that case put it in the refrigerator for few minutes.
