- Part 1 of the Hemi engine overheating, Lets take a closer look. 6.4L 5.7L Hemi. So far we can see the outcome of the overheating but have not come to a definite conclusion on why it overheated. Aside from the leaking water pump, we have to replace worn/leaking parts then retest sys.

Still do a diagnostic....but that looks like hot ass coolant that was leaking from the water pump melted part of his intake manifold. Look for signs of head gasket wear nonetheless.
I know on my 5.7 if you don't bleed it through the plug in the water pump it will never burp all the air out, and will run hot.
How long do you bleed it for and how long should it take
Hi there I have a Dodge rt 5.7 2016 and get overheated I change the temperature sensor and the thermostat 2 days ago the rad fan got burned and I change it but still something is not going ok

Same problem i have Dodge Challenger SRT V8 hemi 392 6.4Ltr 2013 model i am having overheat issue don't know what to do. Workshop/ garage asking too much money and saying they will open engine. Please advice. I live in UAE Dubai
My friend, thats the only way to get a clear understanding of whats going on is you almost have to tear it down (open it up). Once the problem is found that just the first step..Exactly why is it over heating? is it low on coolant from a leaking water pump or radiator or something? O and please sub the channel for me, thanks
Hey were you able to solve your problem? am having same issue too from Dubai and same car. Hit me up on instagram @joshmyster

@@CheemaVlogs. hey bro, did you fix your problem? I have the same car, and my car just started run overheat when I got the A/C on
For intake manifold . Take it to a machine shop they can smooth it out like a head . Also use red gasket maker the big temp and it will help prevent manifold from melting at those points .wtf was mopar thinking
yea man, i just wish the customer had said something..I hate unexpected surprises..lol..but thanks for watching, please subscribe to the channel for me, thanks
Yup they act like they going on trial. When they dont tell the mechanic then something else comes up and they want to throw words and say we messed it up or we trying to over charge and add charges.
Good morning I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 hemi my car keeps shutting off and over heating all the fluids are good I need help lol
Hey bud, did the computer pick up any fault codes? Also are you subscribed to the channel?
I’m gonna subscribe now and the faults are p0700 and u0100
I just subscribed
Ok buddy, these codes are generic..P0700 simply means there are problems in the trans and the P0100 means loss comm but that's not specific enuff. A real good scan tool and some troubleshooting will be required to track this type problem down. This likely not a DIY job
What was the issue
I have the option to buy a 2005 rt magnum for 1800. Guy says the cooking fan isn't turning on . Should I pick it up I went to see it and it started and ran on . But you could smell the over heated coolant. Things like that worry me .
And it should worry you..Only thing you can do is trust what the seller telling you..If this engine run hot sometimes the cyl head could expand and valve seats drop..Trust your gutt..
Those fans are known to go bad. Every Chrysler vehicle I've owned needed one and that 6.4 he's working on fan is crazy expensive, close to 900 from jeep
