the holes in the rims aren't "all different angles." Half are left and half are right.And on each side they angle forward and backward alternately.Also,the powder coat didnt stop the nipples going throiugh he was actually drilling out metal. The holes were undersize.
4:00 First time I tried adjusting spokes on a bicycle wheel, they were for sure worse afterwards. Since then I've built a couple wheels, and with a little time and practice, you can get them surprisingly straight. Seems daunting after first lacing one up and it isn't even close to straight in any direction.
