I only did this anytime I ran slicks auto crossing. Never thought of extending tire life but it prevents damage from the soft compound clumping and picking up debris off track. I dont think it helps much on a street tire. The good thing you did was set it up for a one man show. Since you have to do it ASAP and while your rolling. I always had someone ready to spray once I get off course.
Don’t use those misters on the radiator and coolers, the heat destroys the nozzles. Find a fan spray windshield wiper nozzle works like a charm👌🏽 haven’t found a way to minimize the water usage tho😅

Really? I didnt think the radiant heat would be that bad.
@@nuisance_carl yea it pretty bad I tried 3 different styles of misters they all just melted and stopped spraying
Drive before you drift and warm them up they'll last longer
