No big deal: opaque is pronounced "oh-pake" like "cake" instead of "oh-pack" like "pack". Thanks for a really useful tutorial. I was running into the same error as you. Liked and subscribed!
Wasn't sure if this was relating to DAZ or Unreal. Might want to include that in your titles. :) Didn't know it could be that easy, I thought you had to create a new material for that. Thanks so much!
I followed this to delete landmass, and it worked, but it turned a large part of my landmass outside of my building a chrome mirror color. Why is that?
Would be possible by any means to apply this mask at runtime? I managed to get it working with Virtual Texture, so it has the same effect and its dynamic from any object placed from the blueprint, but its only making it invisible, it still hold all the collision. So I was wondering if we could actually apply the actual visibility "brush" instead of the runtime virtual texture, since the brush actually removes the collision while the virtual texture just hide that section and project something else
Got this link from the course comments. I really really wish I found this 3 hours ago. Great job!
Thank you! I could not find this answer anywhere, this helped a lot!

i used this method, the meshes got deleted , but the collision is not, so there looks like invisible wall on it, is there's a way to fix this?
If I am remembe4ing correctly it depends on the texture. You may have to mess with it some. This is just what worked for me.
It helped, thx
