This is probably my favorite Prince moment. He looks sharp as fuck and looks humble at the same time. His affection for Stevie is so genuine. And just to top it off, of course, he just fills in for Stevie on the keyboard when Stevie wanna dance (and one just knows, Prince did not need to rehearse to play this song - I am sure he knew every part of every instrument by heart).

    • @LG-kx8xl

They were great friends & Prince admired Stevie so much. I love seeing Sheila E. hand Prince his guitar. Prince's humility in the way he hugged Stevie is beautiful. Stevie made me break down when Prince died. I kept it together while he was speaking of his friend, but when I saw his tears, I just lost it. They had a genuine love for one another.

That's why I stood up and jammed the whole night when Frankie Beverly and Maze came to L.A. a lot of young people was criticizing his voice. I told them get up and dance. Pay homage
This legend too only have so many shows left.

+Mary Cocolina I saw Stevie Wonder in November and after seeing hundreds of rock concerts, Stevie Wonder was one of the best concerts I've seen. Prince had planned a "pop up" concert near me in St. Louis this weekend. I heard the rumors and planned to go. Rest In Peace, Prince. (I wish the media would leave the details of his death alone. It's bad enough on his family and friends.)

+Led ZeppelinFan How lucky you are for having seem both, Stevie Wonder and Prince, live. Musicians like them, legends like them, is an honor, a privilege to see them perform!
I know what you mean about the media. It sucks, but hopefully this will fade soon and we'll remember the greatness of his character and talent and his work!
      Cheers man!

From his upbringing in MSP to his world wide fame, he remained humble and VERY respectful of music, the industry and the people. The Stevie's smile of PURE joy and admiration for Prince , when he realized he was on stage and on his sinth, is Gold. although Stevie is one of the best musician, always claims that Prince is from another world, like a Musician. We will never understand how important Prince's talent was , and why he is an absolute Gem. No one even close. Prince even when Steve standed up, waited to be sure that Stevie wanted Him to play .... He was so , so respectful of the one he loved. And look on Prince's SMILE ..... just giving all to his friend...When she told Stevie Prince is going to play guitar, so he go on on voice and synyh... Prince even were waiting for Stevie order to play..... .Love this Live. Is Gold.

Honestly not looking for an argument here, but I don’t think “blind” has anything to do with it. We saw Jeff Healey in local (Toronto) clubs early on and he was truly amazing. And fearless. He just walked around until he hit something and he’d change course. If he walked by us we’d put our hands over the corners of the tables to minimize his risk. Another great gone too soon.

      I get what you're saying 100%
Elvis, Michael Jackson, Every single one of The Beatles together did not come close to having the talent that Prince had. It's no contest.

Prince stepped back and shared the stage! I love that so much!❤All that talent, he could have been so arrogant and an attention seeker, but he was humble, and that made him stand out so much more!

Stephanie B is at a Stevie Wonder concert. Just so happens that Shelia E is also there. Next up, an extended "Superstition" introduction. Prince comes out. You managed to capture it all on a cellphone without out screaming, tilting, or cutting it off early. Thanks for sharing one of the best historic moments in music!

To much to stand. Doesn't get any better than this. I have seen Stevie twice (first time he was opening for the Rolling Stones. His live show is off the charts. When I saw him the second time, he had no opening act. Two and half hours of him. Almost wore me out. And to have the majestic Prince on stage with him here, there is nothing you can say. To bad, you wan't see much of this type of artistry and respect among great talents anymore.
