G8x is the better car out of the box. It has a much better front end but I prefer my f87 currently. It is more balanced and the front end in its current form is much better and there is more feedback . Of course… this is comparing 2 highly modified cars, so the relevance to the stock vehicles is irrelevant. Biggest limiting factor of the G8x is its weight. It overheats tires very quickly at 10/10ths driving. There’s a smaller window to extract the performance.
@@DriversPaddockThe m2c dct is also a heavy car, it’s 1650kg with stock, g87 is 60-70kg heavier than f87, it’s not that bad and g87 had more potential to do weight reduction.

I'm not sure for your line through some of the corners though looks like you are not using the whole track mostly on corner entry also if you are not blipping the throttle on the double apex corner sliding the whole arc it might have a lot more in terms of time. If I were you I would focus on more track position on corner entry.
you're a bit too inconsistent on the throttle, a bit more smooth/slow in and fast out. Cayuga is a fun lil track! hope you take this as constructive not anything else.
Can you do a walk through of the modifications m tech has done to the car? This is the best looking track spec g87 ive seen on youtube.
