Ive only played this game for a few days now (over the free weekend) and i currently feel like the most important part of this game if not the best way to win is communication. Ive had some games were every officer is communicating with there squad and commander and planning attacks and defences and they end up winning no problem, but then some other games it seems like everyone is a mute or there will be a full squad filled with rifle men not doing much and we end up loosing. So sure these pro tips will help over all but i feel like simply having a mic and talking with your team is the best way to win
Yes, communication is the number one priority in this game.
I played over the free weekend and had the same experience. I got the game now and it is very different to play with experienced players now compared to the free weekend player base

Great vid man.. god I was playing yesterday and the commander and a few squaddies were talking all super formal "comms chat" sounding like they knew what they were doing, but commander refused multiple requests for supplies so I could build defensive garrisons... I ended up getting a support guy to get supplies for a couple, and surprise surprise, the magical half track attack didn't work for our lord commander, so our entire team had to fall back to my defensive garrisons, and we ended up winning the game after another big push from multiple angles. No one was any the wiser that it was me that saved the battle... but I knew :) and now you do too haha... thanks for all the vids mono, you've taught me sooooo much

From what I have discovered so far, having a (Supply Soldier) alongside the (Squad Leader) is crucial in placing (Garrisons).
I'm just curious why every (asset) you listed was in (parentheses)?

I know this says "PRO Tips" but honestly this is something I think every new player should see. These mechanics are a critical part of how you win and not very well explained in the current game state.

1:20 I got a key for this game from a giveaway and some guy who was rank 70+ was yelling at me to get in the circle, I kept telling him "but it says im capturing the point?"
I think adding spawn tickets will really help improve the gameplay and improve the realism of the game. Since just like you've mentioned, exploiting the redeploy is a thing.
I know they are working on a new system for the garrisons or they are at least aware of the issues this system brings.
That's great! Hey do you ever wish they add a british faction? British troops are kinda underrated in most games. It's always US and Germany. I looked at the roadmap and soon we'll have an eastern front, so that means we'll have USSR soon. But no signs for British Army
@@megakillowning I think British troops are in plenty of games, but yeah, it would be cool to see them, though I want to see Russian troops first to see more snowy maps and urban fights. Maybe a Pavlov's house map?
It would be very cool to see the African front though, but they will need to add many more vehicles for that.
@@monoespacial Pavlov's house reminds me of Red Orchestra haha. And yes the african campaigh that'd be very nice. Vast open desert and small villages. What do you think about an italian map though? Mountainous terrain and such.
@@megakillowning I think in terms of maps they could do real cool stuff with an italian setting but that would require a ton of work making the entire italian army which in terms of tanks and stuff like that was pretty shitty. I would much rather have them focus on the Eastern front and Africa and maybe have a mix of highly urban maps with wide open vehicle-based maps.

For your tip regarding how you can be in the 4 squares around the strongpoint to capture, at, say, 7:54, how do you know which four squares apply?
I still dont get this too...
01:10 these 4 squares are more confusing, becaus it looks more trivial to me.

Are you allowed to set up a garrison in enemy territory, that is not locked? Specifically, it’s red, but you can attack that sector. Are you able to do that?

i still dont understand...lets say i am inside the ring of the strongpoint - does that mean i matter more when capturing it than if i be in the 4 squares around the ring capturing it ?

This Battlefield theme in the background is very confusing
How do you get such high fps? My average i is around 50.
It has it's days actually, but my PC is a beast (i7-8700k, GTX 2080, 32gb ram & m2 nvme ssd)
SSD is super important for HLL. Always decrease body delay in settings to increase performance. Search for more tips, for example you can edit engine.ini file with some new settings (improve anti-aliasing).
You can put -dx12 in the launch options and get a boost 30 or even more fps. But you are not able to play foy cause the game will crash. Hopefully they will fix that soon....
