Hi Brent, this may depend on the airline. Check the carry-on requirements for the airline you're flying with, and compare them to the dimensions for our Kaslo Backpack Tech here: herschel.ca/shop/backpacks/kaslo-backpack-tech?v=11288-01866-OS
This compartment @ 1:21 is definitely big enough for more than one laptop, or a laptop/tablet at the same time. Alternatively, you could place the other device in this compartment @ 0:45
The design of this backpack is the biggest thing that’s making me not want to buy it. Functionally, it’s beautiful. It’s logically designed with lots of space for a laptop and travel. Well thought out compartments. Clearly, this was designed as a professional EDC bag, but it’s sooooo bland and boring. Wish it also came with a tuck-away hip belt, but seems like every manufacturer did away with hip belts. I’ve narrowed my search to this or the Yeti 35L. I love the functional design of this bag, but I prefer the exterior design of the Yeti.
Finally... This bag is dope. Meets all my needs.
I have 2 of these, one is an older version that is slightly wider and more robust. The new one feels cheap but its more expensive and a bit smaller :/
What makes it different from the kaslo daypack
The Kaslo Backpack has a 30 Litre capacity while the Daypack's is 20 Litres. The larger version also has a hidden back pocket. 👌
Is the laptop compartment suspended?
@hchriis it is by about 1.5-2 inches (3.8-5 cms) from the true bottom of the backpack. Source: I own this backpack.
Oh man if that guy could learn how to end a sentence on a down pitch he'd be a badass speaker
Sounds like he has stories from band camp😂😂
Will this fit under the seat as a personal item?

oh yes kweeen it will!
Is it water resistant?
Sure is. 😊
Can you have a 16 inch laptop and a tablet, or only one?

How much do each weigh? The 30L and the 20L.
What is weight of the bag?
Is this the 30L variant?
You got it! The Daypack is 20L.
@@HerschelSupplyNo, the one in this video is the 30L
Correct - this is the Kaslo Backpack Tech, which is 30 L. The smaller Kaslo Daypack Tech is 20 L. 👍
What color is this bag in the video
This is the Kaslo Backpack Tech in Black. 👌
@@HerschelSupply it looks so green
Definitely looks dark green

100% agreed and the only thing keeping me from buying this bag is the bland design. I even came back to check if they updated it all this time later.
