These guys were originally signed to Euronymous's label, right?
@Maniac1607 Euronymous wrote them to release an album on his label. Deathlike Silence released 'The Awakening'. They still wanted to release another album with Merciless but things went south with Mayhem (Dead incident) that time, so Merciless end up signing with another label.
