How this 185 days calculated?. Flying dates are included or excluded from 185 days. Joining to ship some time get delay after reaching the foreign country. In this case CDC days may not be enough to reach 185. But in Passport one will have 185 days.

@@sandeepp9121 : It’s not necessary that all financial transactions will be shown in AIS as those are SFT transactions which financial institutions, and people who deduct TDS/ TCS is uploaded. If one has income from any other sources not been shown in AIS then it’s the responsibility of the assessee to disclose it in his ITR so as to avoid unnecessary queries from I-T department in future.

If TDS is big than we can try otherwise not easy to get refund if Return not filed, that's why I always recommend to file return as a habbit
