    So glad to see you. I feel like it's been a long time. Girl, you are such a fighter. Keep fighting to grow. Congrats on completing another year of uni! Having the Chinese food with a friend in a public setting is such a step forward, and how you coped afterwards in terms of talking to yourself about the proper place? Just awesome! I am also happy you will be able to participate in group therapy. Please let us know how that goes and everything else. Much love and strength to you!!

    You can do it you mad a very big step that you gave a friend you self harm stuff and also with the food you can be proud of you and I am so proud of you things are really getting more positive, I wish you all the best and stay strong lovely💗🌸

    It's so great to see you making these steps, even though you are still struggling with the thoughts and feelings. Really proud to hear about it! You are such an inspirational person- I hope that things can only get better for you and that you can continue to improve your relationship with yourself and with food. Best of luck on your recovery journey- I am in the process of recovering myself, and as hard as it is, whenever I am feeling low or doubtful, I remind myself that I am only doing this to become better and happier and healthier.     I know life is tough, I'm sure mine is not as tough as yours but I have so much belief in you. Keep going, keep trying, that is all you can do. Take each day as it comes and realise how great you are xoxo

      That's what one of my close friends recently said to me, just deal with each day at a time. If we keep trying our best and pushing to get better hopefully over time things will improve. Thank you for your kind message, it means so much to me. xxxxx

    I'm so proud of the steps you've been taking! Try not to let your anxiety make you get so down about yourself. You are taking steps in the right direction. I know you feel stuck, but the more chances you take with coming out of your shell more and putting yourself in uncomfortable situations, it will help you get unstuck. Treat yourself with kindness whilst alone. Do face masks, paint your nails, do yoga or color a cool picture. Do things for you because you deserve to be treated well. I remember the first proper date that I had, it was classic dinner and a movie. And i was so nervous to eat dinner with someone. It was always a huge fear of mine, but I did it, so I know how good that must feel. I recently became a vegan for ethical reasons and it completely changed the way I see food now. For the first time in my life, I'm no longer scared of it. I'm actually excited to see what I'm going to eat each day. If you ever wanna talk, especially during the summer, my inbox is open xxx

    Wow I feel so much better after watching your videos. I'm in the same boat right now, and today I was feeling especially stressed out and like isolating, but I feel brave to plan things for the summer now. Seriously I can't thank you enough for putting yourself out there

    I am also 20 and have been in therapy since I was 13 and no matter how good things are in my life and no matter how many medications they try to put me on, I am never able to be happy like "normal" people are and I will never understand how I can do that and not let the thoughts and actions consume me. Im so proud of you for all the steps you've taken, thank you for your videos, they help me so much and make me feel not crazy

      Hi Amanda, thank you for this message. I understand a lot of what you're talking about and I know how difficult it is to get out of negative cycles. But I also know that even if most days are bad, there can always be good days too. Keep trying your best to work on things and move forwards.     Sometimes recovering seems never ending, but if you forget about 'recovering' and focus on each day and being proud of each little step you have made to improve, you will realise what a long way you have come

      Hi Esme, thank you for your kind message. I don't follow a vegan lifestyle but I'm looking into it at the moment. I'm struggling with properly structuring my meals at the moment so I need to get that sorted first! Hope you're well, sending you lots of love xxx
