Great review. I saw one by ‘It’s the Kelly’s’ which showed it denting really badly when it got checked on a small jet to either Tahiti or bora bora. It happened so easily but Level 8 replaced it. So good customer service.
Have you thought to check out the Away Aluminum series? It’s about half the price of the Rimowa…it’s the one I think I’m going to try….getting up the nerve to spend that much on a carryon.

I had a one time use of my medium MVST luggage it got destroyed it was polycarbonate but it can never be used again the lock doesn’t work or close. Do you think it’s worth spending on checked luggage where your luggage is in the hands of the airport. I heard Briggs and Riley replace their luggage if there are any issues.
