I bought this when it first came out. Used it for 2 months then I gave up. It's extremely unfriendly for wide feet. Normally I can stretch out Victor V -shape 2.5 shoes a bit after a few months but this one is still very tight after breaking in. It's tighter than most V-shape 2.5 victor shoes People with wide feet, be very careful when buying this shoes. I wear victor 10.5 or 285cm

Great review CK. I have a question. Have you noticed that a lot of the pros with Yonex are wearing a lot of strapping around their knees and thigh? Compared to players using LN or Victor.
Great video, as a big player, I need the extra cushioning. I heard Victor has thicker mid sole but also higher "tilt angle" inside the shoes so your center mass always lean forward a bit, thanks for confirming they do have great cushioning, they will be my next purchase for sure
I have 65 z n couple of lining shoes.. but when it come to victor.. i don't know about the category.. which one in speed /comfort/ stability etc such yonex. Can you give a clue. And what best for mens double.. this one, or ahsan one.. p8500.. what the different?

nice review, but the BGM is wayy too loud plus its bass based... it sounds like as if you were shouting in some section just because the volume needed to be higher to hear what you were saying over the BGM, maybe just use softer BGM like previous reviews are

Hi CK, can you please review Yonex Astrox 88 Play (3rd Gen) and also compare it with Arcsaber 11 play. A bit confused which one to take. As Astrox is a singles player series. But there 88 model is focused on doubles. So might be 88 play can be good for an all-round player. That is both Doubles and singles and both Attack and Defence. What are your views can you please suggest. Which will be better. Astrox 88 play or Arcsaber 11 play?
Astrox 88 Play is much more better if you have abit of strength and is looking for a crisp and powerful racket and it can be good to be used for both doubles and singles. meanwhile the arc 11 play has a much softer feeling and more user friendliness, but lacks power in smashes, etc. for me, the astrox 88 play is better for attacking meanwhile the arc 11 play is better for defending or maybe even all round.. but i honestly prefer the astrox series more.

A970 has a narrow toebox and is not wide foot friendly. For wide feet look at the p8500ii and a830iv

Tapes and strapping, like shoes are a personal preference. Some players prefer it for peace of mind and comfort, others don’t 😊

I certainly didn’t notice any additional ‘tilt angle’ from the A970 so I never felt I was leaning forward but the cushioning was great.

These shoes are sick. Super comfortable, light weight, well padded and a very grippy undersole but it might be a bit soft so it'll wear down quicker
