Aye, I never knew some power majors were bad starters! Wonder if it was due to a change of engine component supplier, or a bad batch of equipment from Simms 🤔. Anyway she seems to run very sweet on the road flat out! Great video many thanks
Also as the year's have gone by we don't know what people have done to them, and because it runs so good you feel that you didn't ort to take it to bits just to have a look to see what's going on, if it's not broken don't fix it 👍
That Roadless Power Major is a real beauty. Surprised it's hard started. All the Majors in my youth were very easy to start and often tow started a Massey on a cold morning. Live Drive is a big plus. It doesn't have a raised PTO I assume?
