That is an amazing video, thank you for posting, one can almost smell the ambience emitting from those machinery workshops. Your Roadless looks a really tidy Tractor, and easy to work on too. I love modern tractors as well, they are very capable, however very complex to work on without a Laptop.
That Roadless Major sounds sweet now. Some man to completely dismantle and rebuild one of those pumps without a 'clean room'. By the way, your intro was beautifully lit by the sun shining into the shed.
Excellent video 👌 something id never seen on an E1A is what looked like a de compressor lever on the rocker cover 🤔 these beam engines were a fantastic bit of engineering back in the day with the limited technology available 👍 from the look of the Ruston engine room the engine was an air start 🤔 also to me it looked like the pump was of a centrifugal type 🙄 and to finish off a brilliant video the unforgettable sound of a Merlin engine 💪💪💪
Not many of those left now all they old boys gone now the likes of dibna and that gone young folk not interested just scrap to them if it dont run on pto or isabus they would not have a clue
Thumbs up mate#88.That 'power major' is perfect.
